About the home

Erianthi apartment is as close to the village centre as you can possibly get! It is a brand new, fully furnished first floor apartment with satellite tv (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 etc), gated entry and allocated parking.

It has two balconies which creates a wonderful breeze throughout the apartment, and the added extra of fly screens which are essential for a bite free holiday as you can leave your windows and doors open night and day. The one has a bistro table and chairs to relax al fresco hile overlooking the stunning, panoramic views of the mountains and sea.

The three minute walk from the apartment takes you into the traditional Cypriot village with tavernas, restaurants and cafe bars for your enjoyment. There are also supermarkets, banks with ATM machines, butcher, bakery, pizzeria, Chinese restaurant and an internet cafe. The blue flag beach of Pissouri Bay is a 5 minute drive away where you can experience water sports along with more restaurants and shops to hand. Aphrodite Hills 5 star golf resort and Secret Valley Golf resort are just a 7 minute drive away!

The apartment is brand new and fitted out to a high, tasteful standard encompassing plenty of open living space. It has two air conditioning/heating units to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A TV/DVD player is available for your use. The Pissouriana Hotel/Bar has Wifi access to all and is within a 3 minute walk.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, ironing board,iron and a fridge freezer. A cooler bag and ice blocks are available for you to take down to the beach for a picnic.The lounge area consists of a dining room table and 4 chairs, 2 x 2 seater sofas (one folds out into a bed), coffee table, TV/DVD unit and side table.The bedroom has a double bed, build in wardrobes with plenty of space, two bedside cabinets and a dressing table with mirror. A hairdryer is also provided. The bathroom has a wc, washbasin with cupboard space and mirror and bath with overhead shower.

If you are travelling with children, a cot and booster seat are available on request at no extra cost.

Further details outdoors:
There is a large shaded balcony with amazing views and a table and 4 chairs for relaxation. The impressive pools are 15m x 7.5m and 12m x 5m. There are both indoor and outdoor communal showers, along with wc's. A BBQ with sink and preparation area is also available if you require. Communal saunas are on the development and are available for you to use.

Linen and towels are provided. For a two week stay additional towels and linen will be left for you.
Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Air conditioning is included in the price of the apartment.

The Limassol region

Pissouri village is situated between the larger towns of Paphos and Limassol. Paphos is a smaller town with harbour and Limassol is a large commercial and tourist centre.

You will find many places to explore and lots of culture in this area, including Kolossi Castle and the Roman ruins of Curium.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Village area

The village of Pissouri has still kept its original charm and character. It has a wonderful amphitheatre where performances take place during the summer months. You can sit and relax and watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine.

There is a traditional Cypriot night every Wednesday in the square where you can experience the local dancing and sample the fine cuisine. Most people speak English here so there are no language barrier problems!

The Cypriot people love children and are very family orientated so everyone gathers in the square and watches the world go by.

For all those golf lovers amongst you, Aphrodite Hills 5 star golf resort and Secret Valley 4 star resort are just a 7 minute drive away, and have some wonderful restaurants and bars for you to enjoy.For the ladies there is a wonderful retreat spa in which to indulge maybe a pamper session, or simply admire the finer surroundings. Children, meanwhile, can have a tennis lesson or play within the superb activity area.

The apartment is really lovely and well located to the village. The folders of information were very useful. we visited the organic winery and had a wander through the Kaledonia water falls.

Thanks for a great apartment. Pool was excellent and made the most of the beautiful beaches. Info folder was useful. We had everything in the apartment and the cool bag/bottle bag were an added bonus. Look forward to hopefully coming back!
