This immaculate villa is ideally situated, just 300 metres from the beach of beautiful Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos.
The villa is decorated to an extremely high standard throughout with modern furnishings. The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable settees and offers a flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite Free to Air package, a DVD and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, a filter coffee machine and also has a sink. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room and a safety deposit box. There are also two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have private balconies with open views.
There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hairdryer and beach towels are supplied, with a baby cot and highchair available upon request. Wi-fi internet access is also available at a small charge.

The Limassol District
Limassolians have a reputation for being fun loving and always ready to party. The wine festival in September and the Carnival in March are major events on the island. Limassol is a large, cosmopolitan port and resort with some of the best hotels in Cyprus and an enormous selection of restaurants, night clubs, discos and shops.
This the gateway to the mountain resorts which can easily be reached via a very good road from Limassol. Pissouri and Governor's beaches are within easy reach as is the enormous beach at Curium. The villages in the mountains around Limassol are set in the midst of vineyards and several are featured in our programme. The crusader castle of Kolossi, the headquarters of the Knights Templar and St John of Jerusalem, is within easy reach as are the ancient kingdoms of Curium to the west and Amathus to the east. It was in Limassol castle that Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre.
Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is situated half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. It extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm.
Pissouri Bay has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach, all within easy walking distance. Several water sports are available here during the summer season.
Pissouri Square has a delightful feel to it and visitors are always pleased to see it has retained it's original Cypriot character. It boasts a good array of tavernas and restaurants and, in the summer, there is a typical Cypriot night in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by holiday makers and locals alike.

There is an outside table and chairs and a built-in BBQ for summer dining. Carefully landscaped gardens add a splash of colour and add to the peaceful atmosphere. There is also private parking.

Wines - 12/05/2008 - Had a great holiday at Pissouri, the villa is very comfortable and cosy. We loved the views from the bedroom balconies and will definitely recommend this Villa and RCVs efficient service to everyone. Marshall - 15/09/2007 - Lovely Villa, very clean and spacious. Very well maintained garden and pool area made us stay at the Villa most of the times. Overall, we had really a enjoyable holiday and if we ever go back to Cyprus, we will stay at this villa again.
