Situated at the top of Pissouri village Erminia has panoramic views from the spacious balcony. Erminia is a ten minute walk from the village square with its excellent selection of restaurants and tavernas.Ideally situated for trips to Limassol, Paphos and the Troodos mountains and is only a short drive from some good golf courses.
The patio doors lead out onto the large balcony with its panoramic views across to the Mediterranean Sea. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing with the best views possible and is partlially shaded by a traditional-style pergola with a latticed covering.

The large air-conditioned sitting room has a comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, TV, video/dvd combination and midi hi-fi system with cd player.
The main bedroom with double bed has a patio door leading directly onto the balcony. Benefitting from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan it is fully furnished with dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps and wardrobe.
The second bedroom with twin single beds benefits from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. It is fully furnished with a dressing table, bedside cabinet with lamp, full length mirror and wardrobes with integral drawers.
The bathroom suite installed in 2006 has a large quadrant shower, corner bath, loo and handbasin.
The new kitchen installed in 2007 is equipped with an integrated stainless steel fan oven, ceramic hob and a chimney hood as well as a tall fridge/ freezer, washing machine, built-in microwave oven (with built-in grill), kettle and toaster.

Erminia is available from 3pm on the date of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.
The property is maintained by an English lady living in Pissouri and is contactable via a mobile number.
All linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.
The Limassol region
Pissouri is virtually equidistant from Limassol and Paphos and the Troodos mountains about 50 minutes drive away making it a suitable base for seeing the island.
Paphos is a World Heritage site with an old harbour and some wonderful Roman archaeological sites. The town has a lively nightlife with its many bars and restaurants.
Limassol is the island's second largest city and is the islands main port and a bustling holiday resort with plenty of nightlife. The town holds it annual Wine Festival each September which is a popular event.
The Akamas Nature Reserve is to the north of Paphos and is well worth a visit with a suitable vehicle. Further to the north of Paphos are the seaside villages of Latsi and Polis with a variety of good fish restaurants.
The Cypriot people are warm and friendly, and nearly everyone speaks English.
Pissouri still retains much of the traditional Cypriot character and offers its visitors a warm welcome.
The village square is the life of the village with its shops, restaurants and tavernas. Narrow streets spread out from the square with even more eating and drinking establishments. Wednesday is Cyprus night (May to Oct) in the square when the restaurants get very busy. Best to book a table in advance. Then there is the Pissouri amphitheatre which is well worth going to see especially if there is a concert on at the time of your visit.
Pissouri beach holds blue flag status and there are plenty of watersports including scuba diving, wind surfing, banana boats and jet skies. In the next valley to Pissouri there are two Tavernas well worth a visit, both situated on Melanda Beach.
Worth seeing is the sunset from the high ground above Aphrodites Rock, just a 10 mins drive from Erminia.
Aphrodite Hills and the Secret Valley golf courses are only a 10-15mins away and the course at Tsada is just outside Paphos on the road to Polis and will take about half an hour to get there.
