About the home

Ocean View is situated on a mountain enjoying a panaromic view of the Pissouri bay about 5 minutes from the beach. Pissouri is quite and peaceful and unspoilt part of southern Cyprus and thus a popular tourist destination. In the background is the Troodos mountain to the north, very popular touristic town of Paphos in the west and Limassol with its old and new ports in the east. There is also a local market at Fisouri ideal for bargain hunting.

The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool located in the centre of the tropical garden, and enjoys spectacular views of the sea. Lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated living room opens on to a large balcony,
with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. You are guaranteed to have all your meals on the balcony al fresco style. The villa has extensive facilities to make any family's holiday a wonderful and pleasant experience.

The soft furnishings are of extremely good quality throughout the villa, especially in the living room which also has 42inch new Plasma TV. New six seater dining table and chairs.

Conditions

The booking deposit of 30% of the total cost will be payable once the booking has been accepted and confirmed.
The balance (70%) of the holiday will be made no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
If you change the booking prior to 8 weeks of your departure, then you will lose all the deposit paid, if you cancel less than 8 weeks prior to departuredate, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
We do not accept any responsibility for death, injury or illness of any person renting the villa.
We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that any childern may have.We strongly recommend you take out fully comprehensive travel insurance for every member of the party, at the time of booking.

The Limassol region

Pissouri has excellent climate which is comparable to that of south Africa. It is hot and sunny throughout the day. The evenings are warm and wonderful. Sun bathing on the nearby beach is really enjoyable.

The village of Pissouri with its quaint narrow lanes is situated on the hills overlooking the bay area and Akroteri.

The villa is situate in the bay. The village of Pissouri with its narrow lanes is situated on the hills overlooking the bay area and Akrotiri in the distance. The village square is a must visit with its traditional tavernas and 'Cyprus nights' on wednesdays enjoying local food and dancing throughout the night.

5 km away is the birth place of Aphroditis Rock, believed to be the birth place. It is a wonderful place to visit.
The bay has lots of water sports and activities, scuba diving, deep sea diving, jet skis, banana boats, para-sailing, para-ascending and lots more.

Visits to local vinyards, olive oil mills etc.

Cheap flights by Easyjet,ThompsonFly, Thomas Cook, XL, First Choice,BA etc - can fly to Paphos or Larnaca Airport.- Paphos airport is 15mins away.
Taxi from Paphos airport takes 15 minutes max an Motorway. Taxi can be arranged before hand so you are received at the airport. Taxi available at reasonable cost about 40 -45 Euros, but confirm price before hiring.For self drive follow signs for Lemesos( Limassol) on A6. After about 15 minutes take exit for Pissouri. Then join B6
(old road) and turn right where sign show for Pissouri Bay/Jetty. From Larnaca (1hr 15 Mins) take sign for Paphos and Limassol on A6, passing Limassol thru outskirts carry on towards Paphos. take exit for Pissouri and follow signs for Pissouri Bay/Jetty on B6.
