Our beautiful, 3 bedroom, fully air conditioned villa in Pissouri Bay, sits stunninly nestled between its namesake Bay and the breathtaking surrounding mountains and valley it encompasses.......a more beautiful location would be hard to imagine. A small road leads directly from the villa to the sea, which has a superb blue flag beach for swimming and water sports (300m) The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes en suite, walk in wardrobe, two single water beds and leads onto a private balcony on which is a table, chairs and umbrella, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning mountain and sea views. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has en suite, modern spacious fitted wardrobes with two dressing tables and sea views. Downstairs the third bedroom has fitted wardrobes, separate shower / toilet room with two large patio doors leading out to the pool area. In the large lounge /diner, you have a glass dining table with 8 cream leather chairs which is overlooked by the stunning atrium, there are also two cream three seater sofas, a 48" plasma television and a DVD player, plus a bar area with stools under the main staircase. The centrepiece, is the 3.2metre spectacular light which was designed in, and shipped from Italy, hence the name STARLIGHT. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen ,with fitted cupboards, black marble worktops, electric cooker with ceramic hob, a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. An iron and ironing board is provided for your convenience.

The Limassol District
With a carefree holiday atmosphere, and a wide seafront coastline and bustling little shopping streets it displays a lively character of its people. With its fun-loving reputation and and fantastic nightlife, Limassol enjoys some of the Island s best-known festivals: the annual Wine Festival in September, when the many wineries offer free samples of their products for ten days: Also the ten day pre-Lenten Carnival with masquerade parties balls and grand parades, the Limassol Festival in summer and the ancient Drama Festival at Kourion.
Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
Pissouri Bay has a 2 km Blue flag beach offering plenty of sports activities only 10 minutes walk away secluded by tall hills. On the way to the beach you pass numerous taverns and restaurants and three friendly Grocery shops selling fresh bread and cakes, and everything you could possible wish for. English is widely spoken in Cyprus with extremely friendly locals, with stunning weather from April through to October.The Cypriot's drive on the same side of the road as us and there's no need for adaptors as they use the same plugs. There are weekly Cypriot nights in the Bay and up in the old village offering great food and entertainment followed by late night dancing, too good to miss. Within the Bay at a distance of 500 meters there is a well known Columbia beach resort offering sports, health and other facilities including a 5 star restaurant. Troodos mountain with its famous monastery offers skiing during the winter months and is only a 90 minute. drive away. Pissouri is connected with all towns and airports by an international standard 4 lane motorway and as such it is a driving distance of 20 minutes from Paphos and Limassol and 70 minutes from the towns of Larnaka and the capital Nicosia. The villa is located 10 km away from the international golf course (18 holes) Secret Valley and nearby Aphrodite golf course. There are two water parks,one in Paphos and one in Limassol both easy to reach via the motorway. Paphos Karting cente has the biggest and best Karts in Europe with the only Bridge and Tunel track. 1600m of track, available for children and adults only 20 minutes away.

Further details indoors: Our villa is privately owned and has only just become available for letting July 2008, we will be able to show full pictures of the 3 bedrooms from August 2008. Only being a year old Starlight has a new modern feel. Starlights interior is cream and black with a minimalistic feel. Once the four large patio doors are open the villa and pool area become one.
Further details outdoors: We have a south facing garden giving you all day sunshine to enjoy beside the 8m x 4m private pool, which has easy access, via graduating steps plus an outside shower.You will also find a 'Traditional Cypriot ' rotating BBQ, 6 sun beds , large umbrella and garden table with 6 chairs. Although children over 10 are welcome you need to be aware, that due to the nature of the surroundings,children may climb through railings where there is a drop down to lower areas, so supervision would be necessary at all times. This is definitely a NON SMOKING villa and no pets are allowed. A car is not essential as most of the amenities are only a short walk away, but should you wish to travel further afield, a car would be an asset. The site itself occupies a hill, sloping gently towards the seaside and approx 55 meters above sea level. An electronic security safe is also fitted for your safety a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have also been installed.

We require a 30% deposit on booking and balance 10 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £250 is needed for breakages or damage . Conditions
Although air conditioning is included in the price, please be aware that windows and doors need to be shut when in use and should not be left on when the villa is unoccupied. Should the AC be damaged due to incorrect use, additional cost will be incurred. Should extra sleeping arrangements be required this would incur an additional cost please ask for details.
