The large balcony is ideal for your morning coffee and alfresco dining, whilst relaxing and admiring the wonderful views. The view from the pool area encompasses the beautiful scenery of the mountains and Mediterranean sea.
The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the delightful village square of Pissouri. Here you will find a plentiful supply of traditional tavernas and cafe/bars for your enjoyment. The beautiful Pissouri Bay, with blue flag beach, is a mere 5 minutes drive from the apartment and a selection of tavernas and shops can be found here.

The Limassol District
Pissouri Village is situated between the larger towns of Paphos and Limassol. Limassol is a large commercial and tourist centre. The town of Limassol is situated between the ancient towns of Amathus and Curium (Kourion). There are many tourist attractions in this area including Kolossi Castle where Richard the Lionheart married Princess Berengaria whilst on his way to the crusades. Nearer to Pissouri Village you will find the Roman ruins of Curium, which are definitely worth a visit. There is a spectacular Roman Amphitheatre and several fine mosaics, as well as panoramic views of the coastline.
Pissouri / Pissouri Village area
The village of Pissouri is set on a south facing hillside half way between the main resorts of Paphos and Limassol. The village square itself is a three minute walk from the apartment and the sea, a five minute drive. It has a wide range of interesting sights and architecture including a wonderful amphitheatre where performances take place throughout the summer months. We definitely recommend taking a walk through the village in the late afternoon or evening and then sitting down at one of the many restaurants or tavernas with fabulous views across the island towards Limassol and the Troodos Mountains. In the village square you will find a Greek orthodox church, small supermarkets, a bakery, banks and postal service. Several family run tavernas serve excellent food at competitive prices. The village has a very friendly atmosphere and most people speak English. In the summer months on Wednesdays the square has a 'Cyprus Night' where everyone gathers for music and dancing while enjoying the local cuisine. The town of Paphos is about 25 mins drive away, where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants and several historical sights including Roman Mosaics and the Tomb of the Kings. Aphrodites Rock is a short drive along coast road. Limassol is about 30 mins drive away in the opposite direction and also has lots of nightlife.
Pissouri blue flag beach is a 5 min drive from the apartment and offers many water sports including water skiing, jet skiing etc. Here you will also find a good selection of tavernas, bars and shops. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses are within a 10/15 minute drive of the apartment along the beautiful coast road. Both courses offer first class golf.

Further details indoors: The apartment has two air-conditioning/heating units to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A Satellite TV and DVD/music system with ipod interface is provided to use at your leisure, there is also a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave, ironing board/iron and a large fridge/freezer. A hairdryer is provided in the bedroom. Twin beds, bedside table, large chest of drawers with a mirror and fitted wardrobes. The room is large enough to accommodate a cot, which is available on request. A two seater sofa bed is available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Lounge/diner with a 2 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa, small coffee table, satellite TV, DVD/stereo music system, a sideboard which contains a supply of books, games, DVDs and CDs. Dining room table and 4 chairs.
Further details outdoors: There is a large shaded balcony with a table and 4 comfortable chairs with cushions. The impressive communal pools are 15m x 7.5m and 12m x 5m. There are both indoor and outdoor communal showers. WCs are also provided. A BBQ area with preparation surfaces and a sink is available for your convenience. Communal saunas on the development are available for use.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking, plus a refundable £50 damage/breakage deposit, which will be returned promptly after visit if no damages/breakages have occurred. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Strictly no smoking except on balcony

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the apartment. The apartment is new, very clean, and furnished to a high standard. We stayed there with two children and it was well-equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. The welcome pack containing some supermarket essentials was much appreciated. There are spectacular views from the apartment balcony. It is located in a peaceful location, but only a few minutes walk into the village, where there are many excellent restaurants.
