Fully air conditioned with full central heating for winter months. Local telephone is installed.
Own 9.5m x 3.5m private swimming pool with outside pool shower and landscaped gardens. Car parking is adjacent to the villa, which is situated on flat ground. Local shops, Tavernas and amenities within walking distance on level road.

The Limassol District
Both Lemassos and Paphos are equidistant from Pissouri at approximately 35 Km. Both have very active sea fronts and numerous shopping centres and museums and architectural artifacts. They are easily reached by motorway which is within 1Km of the Motorway leadin to both Paphos and Lemmasos.
Pissouri area
Pissouri Bay and Village are situated exactly Mid-way between the towns of Limassol (Lemassos) and Paphos (Pafos) on the South West coast of Cyprus. Pissouri Bay is surrounded on three sides by hills making the weather exclusive of winds that the surrounding countryside can occasionally suffer. Pleasant breezes are the substitute for high winds suffered on the hilltop areas.
The immediate beach area has only two Tavernas but immediately behind the beach area are numerous Tavernas and Restaurants that cater for a fairly international range of cuisines. There is only one hotel, The Columbia Beach Hotel, which is a very good five star and No Night Clubs.
Close by is Pissouri Village which has a village Square with a number of Tavernas, a bank, a supermarket.
In summary Pissouri Bay is the ideal spot for those who prefer a quiet holiday, with a lot of pleasant company, but without noise and without having to cope with steep hills and stairways.

Further details outdoors: About 300m from the beach with tavernas on the sea-front and in the bay area this is an ideal location for anyone who wants a quiet central location to see the sights of Cyprus during the day or have a relaxing day by the beach. In the evenings there are quiet Tavernas both in the immediate area and in the local villages.
