Home description
The bungalow has a large en suite bedroom luxuriously furnished with two double patio doors leading to pool area and outdoor shower. The second bedroom has spacious proportions overlooking the pool and next to a large bathroom. A wide corridor leads to a good sized kitchen with all modern conveniences and breakfast bar. The dining and lounge area has large double patio doors leading to garden and pool. The outdoor patio area is covered by climbing bourgainvillia and jasmine surrounded by a removable pool guard fence which makes it child safe and suitable for alfresco dining, Dvd player, barbeque area. Satelite dish for all channels. Beach parties and Greek dancing nights a real favourite treat.

The Limassol District
Walking distance to beach and bars.Golf available at two clubs Aphrodite Hills 8kms and Silent Valley20kms both championship courses. Mini cruises available from Paphos which takes you around the Island and lunch included at a reasonable cost. Sightseeing tours of Paphos which includes Valley of the Kings, mosaics and Paphos castle. A visit to the Troodos mountains by Jeep Safari is wonderful. Limassol is a very good shopping town and is laid out along a wonderful promenade which takes you to the old port which has been restored with trendy restaurants and art galleries.
Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
Pissouri Bay is just 5kms off the highway between Paphos and Limassol. This was a small fishing village which still retains some of its old charm but like everything else has now new developements a 5star hotel and Spa within walking distance.
Two local grocery shops provide the necessary essentials. For a more entertaining evening there is an opera house and splendid nightclubs in the village of Pissouri up the hill about 3kms.
How to get there
There are regular daily flights to Cyprus from the major cities in the UK and many charter companies fly from the provincial airports on a weekly basis, on which you can book a return flight only . The main airports are Paphos and Larnaca. With Paphos airport only 12km. away it is the first choce ,while Larnaca is 60km. away you travel very easily along the highway so distance is not an issue, everyplace is easily accessed. The main carriers are British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Eurocypria. Easyjet, Olympic airlines, XL airways. Thomas Cook, My Travel. Thomson Holidays,
Car hire is available at both airports through Hertz or you can book on a daily basis in Pissouri.

Further details outdoors: Lots of good quality restaurants and lively bars. A good fish restaurant on the beach in idylic location for lunch or dinner. Local wines are excellent quality and value for money. Many facilities available; walking, cycling, watersports, and tours can be arranged to other parts of the Island by the local travel agent. A visit to the Troodos mountains is a must. Spectacular scenery all over the Island. A haven for flora and fauna enthusiasts.

Conditions
A deposit of 10% of cost of total must be paid on booking .( nonrefundable ) Any damage must be paid for on the spot. Any breakages must be made good with the keyholder Furniture and appliances must be treated with care. The owner has the right to terminate a tennancy on the reccomendation of the keyholder.
