A newly constructed villa (August 2007), in a sought after elevated location surrounded by landscaped gardens, private pool, drive way, large patio and roof terrace commanding spectacular views of Pissouri Bay and surrounding hills. The villa is ideally situated off the main road built on an exclusive complex and designed for all your self-catering needs and requirements. A perfect holiday home location.
There is private parking space (for 3 cars) with an enclosed gated area. Swimming pool (8m x 4m), which is cleaned twice a week, plus pool shower and has a shallow end perfect for small children. Poolside and gardens are well equipped with sun loungers and there is a bench beneath a tree offering shade. The patio area has a large table and 6 chairs for dining al fesco and a gas BBQ is also available. In addition, the entire area can be illuminated at night. The ground floor area consists of a living room with double patio doors, dining/kitchen area, family bathroom, master bedroom with en suite, two bedrooms with twin beds. Stairs lead to the laundry area with access to a spacious roof top terrace with dining table, four chairs and sun loungers.

The Limassol District
The second largest city in Cyprus which is steeped in history and lies between the two ancient towns of Curium to the west and Amathus to the east. Limessol is also renowned for its archaeological sites and mediaeval castles. Modern day Limessol has evolved into a busy commercial centre and large cosmopolitan resort. The extensive tourist area emcompasses restaurants, nightclubs, pubs and bars. Water-parks and great sandy beaches, shops including those specialising in jewellery and leather goods. Annual events include a wine festival in September and carival in March.
Pissouri / Pissouri Village area
The quaint cypriot village of Pissouri is situated in the princple vine growing area of Cyprus, overlooking the coast. It is set on the main Pahpos to Limassol road and is approximately 1,000 feet above sea level. It is acknowledge by most travellers to be an attractive and charasmatic village in Cyprus. There is a village square, Greek Orthodox church, several shops, banks and postal service. Family run tavernas serving excellent food at competitive prices, and there is also a varied selection of bars and restaurants. The village has a very friendly atmosphere and most people speak english. During the summer months regular cypriot nights are held in the several tavernas in the village and in Pissouri Bay or visit the amphitheatre where plays, concerts and traditional dance are performed.
Pissouri Bay has become a favourite tourist destination in recent years since it provides a beautiful natural environment with an unspolit sandy beach which has been awarded the blue-flag a symbol of its official certication by European Union bodies as a clean and safe beach. A wide choice of tavernas on and around the beach offer an extensive range of food and drink. Many of them serve freshly caught fish which is a real treat not to be missed.
Spa and beauty treatments are also available at the five star Columbia Beach hotel, open to non-residents who are welcome to use the facillities of the Spa and Leisure Centre payable on a daily basis.

How to get there
The two main International Airports are in Paphos and Larnaca. These airports have regular daily charter and scheduled flights from UK.
From Paphos to Pissouri is 20 mins transfer from the airport From Larnaca to Pissouri is 1 hr 30 mins.
Cheap flights from www.flymonarch.com, easyjet, First Choice, Cyprus Airways, BA, Thomsonfly and Excel Airways. Both International Airports offer a good car hire service www.economycarrentals.com and from Pissouri Bay www.selectcarrentals.com - car hire prices can be seasonal. From Paphos airport follow the signs for Lemesos on the A6. Exit at Pissouri and join the B6 continue over the bridge and follow the road past the Hill View Restaurant turn left at the end of the road . Follow the sign for Pissouri village and continue along the road turning left at the sign ffor Pissouri village. Turn right up the hill then turn left at the top of the hill. Turn right at signs for Pissouri village (Olympic Palace Restaurant). Follow the road until it bends to the left (look out for a sign Interlink Property Services Office). Follow the road round at Interlink Property Services Office taking the the first on the left, then left again and then first on the right to Villa Katrina. (cul-de-sac).
From Larnaca airport follow the signs for the A6 and Phaphos. Stay on the A6 through Limassol until you see the second exit for Pissouri. Follow the signs for Pissouri village and continue up the hill bearing left a Olympic restaurant to the top of the hill and left at Interlink signs.

Pool and gardens are maintained twice a week. The gardens are landscaped wtih mediterranean flowers and bushes which are fully maintained and cultivated using an automatic irrigation system.

Children need to be supervised around the pool as there is no cover.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa. Smoking is permitted in the patio and roof terrace areas, and we would request that all cigarette ends are placed in the ashrays provided and do not find their way into the pool.
Air conditioning is included in the rental fee - guests are requested to ensure all windows and doors are closed when using the air condtioning system - thank you for your co-operation.
Conditions
Payment of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure bookings with the balance due six weeks before your stay.
A deposit of £150 is required with a final payment to be refunded withn two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Deposits will only be non-refundable for major damages or breakages. It is accepted that minor accidents do occur from time to time and in these circumstances please be assured that the deposit will not be withheld.
