Situated on the edge of Pissouri Village, this wonderful large 2 bedroom terraced apartment (split over 2 floors) has breath taking views down to Pissouri Bay and across to Episkopi Bay and Limassol. The tranquil setting ensures that any time spent at the villa is just as enjoyable as that spent exploring all of the treats that Cyprus has to offer. The Greek Village of Pissouri is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in Cyprus. This south-facing village, set high up on the hillside about 1,000ft above the sea, commands the most magnificent view of some 20 miles of Mediterranean coastline. Pissouri is situated exactly half way between Paphos and Limassol, each within a 25min drive from the village. The drive from Paphos airport is approx. 20min.

The Limassol District

The holiday beaches of Latsi and Polis are about an hours drive to the North, and to the east of Pissouri are the quieter beaches of Melanda and Evdimou; both with lovely beach restaurants popular with the locals. Paphos is a World Heritage site with an old harbour and some wonderful Roman archaeological sites. The stunning Akamas Nature Reserve is to the northwest of Pissouri, and the dramatic Troodos Mountains are to the north. The Fasouri Water Park has one of the largest selection of attractions on the island and for the golfers, there is a choice of several courses, the nearest only 10 minutes drive away.

Both double bedrooms have built in wardrobes and patio doors opening out onto the small private garden providing stunning views across to the sea. There is one double and one twin room. The Master Bedroom also benefits from a small terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee ‘al fresco’.

The luxury new double wrought iron bed also has an orthopedic mattress. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and comes complete with a large fridge freezer, electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and ‘Hotpoint’ washing machine. We have also supplied 2 cool boxes for days out and picnics on the beach. This means that the property is equally well suited to short relaxing/golfing breaks as well as longer holidays.

A large open plan ‘L’ shaped living space has been furnished in a way that provides separate areas for dining and living with Italian furniture; a large leather modular sofa, and occasional furniture. The Italian dining table and chairs are situated in a separate area adjacent to the kitchen. The living room also boasts a TV, DVD (which plays CD's) & DVD library.

On the upper level, the living area leads out onto an extremely large double terrace which benefits from panoramic views to both Pissouri Bay and Mount Olympia.

The bedrooms on the lower floor lead out onto a second terrace with 2 chairs.

TERRACE
The large attractive terrace is furnished with a table, four chairs and 2 loungers allowing you to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. The South East orientation means that in the early morning you will see the most beautiful sunrises. The terrace benefits from the sunshine right through until late afternoon, by which time the sunset is spectacular and the shade most welcome.

The bedrooms lead out onto a small private garden with a separate terrace and 2 chairs

Please note this property is not suitable for children under 7 years of age for both safety and maintenance reasons - there is an open staircase to the living area and we have furnished the property with quality furniture for our guests to enjoy in excellent condition.

Changeover day

Timings/days are flexible dependent upon previous/post guests, but as a guide if day of departure and subsequent arrival are the same, the apartment can be occupied from 3pm and vacated by 11.00am.


Guestbook

This is a really clean,comfortable and well equipped villa in a wondeful location - great views to the sea and Mount Olympus, and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful village centre where all the locals are really friendly. Both bedrooms open out onto a lovely private terrace garden, and the large sun terrace was a wonderful place to relax and gets the sun early in the morning.
We particularly wanted a shared pool so that our children would have the opportunity to socialise and this worked well on a few days when there were some other children around, and was so quiet at other times that it felt like we had our own private pool - so close to the villa that I could hear the children playing there.
I spent a day at the Aphrodite hills spa which I'd definitely recommend - a really relaxing atmosphere - just perfect! My husband golfed there too, but preferred the secret valley course just next door.

Couldn't have been better!
