Helianthus is a luxurious 3/4 bedroom villa situated at the top of the picturesque village of Pissouri.The villa boasts outstanding views across Cyprus taking in both the highest point (Mount Olympus) and the lowest point (Akrotiri), to the west the sea near Aphrodite's rock can also be seen. Helianthus has a large patio garden, with shaded areas and a private pool. There is ample space for entertaining including an all weather built in BBQ. For convenience there is also a WC / shower room and a laundry room with a washing machine and extra fridge situated near the pool area. The ground floor is open plan and spacious comprising of a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and tiles, a tastefully decorated lounge and dining area and a cloakroom / visitors toilet. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom, three bedrooms - two double and a twin. The master bedroom has en-suite shower / WC, all bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and built in wardrobes. There is also access to a very large roof terrace (9m x 7m) with 180 degree breathtaking views across Cyprus. Helianthus also offers the option of having a fourth air-conditioned Twin bedroom which is situated on the ground floor along with an extra WC / shower room and living area.

The Limassol District
Cyprus enjoys a Mediterranean climate hot summers and mild winters. The majority of the locals speak good English. Limassol is the centre of Cyprus’ wine industry, with local wines harvested from the vineyards on the sides of the Troodos mountains. The city has an annual wine festival in September.
Pissouri / Pissouri Village area
Pissouri is made up of two distinct communities- Pissouri Village and Pissouri Jetty.
Pissouri village has retained a real Cypriot charm whilst offering everything that you might need including a range of shops, chemist, banks and tavernas. At night, there is a relaxed and calm atmosphere, away from crowds and nightclubs. Eating out is relatively inexpensive and the local wines are delicious. In the summer months there are weekly 'Cyprus nights' held in the lovely traffic free village square, with traditional Cyprus dancing and music.
Pissouri Jetty offers a selection of Cypriot tavernas, a couple of small supermarkets, a bank and one luxury 5 star hotel. The beach is safe, clean and picturesque, earning blue flag status, and offers a wide variety of water sports including: jet skiing and paragliding etc.
Pissouri offer's a variety of holiday options. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind enjoying the pleasures of the beach and surrounding countryside. Pissouri is in a prime location, being situated halfway between Paphos and Limassol, this makes it an ideal location for sightseeing and exploring, places of interest within 30minutes drive include: Petra tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, a beautiful stretch of coastline with a spectacular rocky outcrop. Curium Beach and amphitheatre, Troodos Mountains and Fasouri Water Park,etc
For those of you who enjoy a round of golf there are two well known courses nearby: Aphrodite Hills Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, both 10 minutes drive west.
