Sun Villa is a brand new luxury villa located in the beautiful village of Pissouri on the south coast of Cyprus and just a short drive from the blue flag beach of Pissouri Bay. Set on a huge plot of 1200 sqm, there is ample space to sunbathe in the landscaped gardens or upper terraces, splash in the spool or relax on the large shaded terrace which surrounds the villa, all while enjoying beautiful sea and mountain views.
For the more energetic, there are plenty of water sports available in Pissouri Bay, 2 championship golf courses only 10 minutes away as well as many other tourist attractions in the surrounding areas.
If the fully fitted kitchen or gas BBQ dont tempt you to cater for yourself, wander into Pissouri Square and enjoy one of the local tavernas or bars in a typical Cypriot village setting. A 5 minute drive down to the bay extends the selection of restaurants even futher.
With four large bedrooms (master features en-suite, separate dressing area and private terrace), modern, comfortable furnishings throughout, full air conditioning, music system and satellite TV with DVD, Sun Villa is the perfect setting for a stress free holiday for up to 8 people (baby cot , highchair etc can be provided at no cost on request). Two additional beds available at a nominal extra charge bringing maximum occupancy to 10 plus baby.

The Limassol District
Pissouri is perfectly placed, being halfway between the cities of Limassol and Paphos, each offering a fantastic range of cultural, beach and dining opportunities. Take the old coast road towards Paphos and explore Petra tou Romiou (the legendary birthplace of Greek Goddess Aphrodite and local pottery makers before hitting the Paphos water park, beaches and harbour area with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Head towards Limassol and marvel at the cliff top ruins of the Curium amphitheatre before enjoying the beautiful sandy beach below. A few minutes further along you will find Fasouri waterpark as you head into Limassol itself. There you will find a range of excellent beaches, restaurants, bars and historic sites.
If the beach doesnt appeal, why not head for the hills? The Troodos mountains are clearly visible from the villa and only a 30 minute drive from Pissouri. After climbing to the 2000 metre peak of Mount Olympus, descend to Platres and enjoy a well earned lunch in one of the many local tavernas.
Pissouri / Pissouri Village area
Pissouri village is a typical Cypriot village, with a host of local tavernas and bars clustered aorund the beautifully preserved village square, complimented by additional dining opportunities in the bay area. Regular Cypriot evenings featuring local music and dancing are held throughout the Summer months and the week long Grape Festival in August creates a party atmosphere every night.
Pissouri Bay offers a 2km Blue Flag beach, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing and there are two championship golf courses only 10 minutes away (with a third course at Tsada, about 30 minutes away)
In winter, the nearby Trodos mountains offer skiing and other snow based activities.
How to get there
British Airways and many charter airlines fly into Paphos airport, which is only a 15 minute drive from the property. Larnaca airport offers scheduled flights thoughout the year and is a simple 90 minute drive from the property.
Both airports offer car rental from the major rental companies and details of local companies can be provided on request.

Further details outdoors: Landscaped gardens with large lawn area provide a perfect setting for playing with the children or simply lazing by the pool on the 8 sun loungers provided. While the extensive paved terrace around the house is shaded for most of the day, the garden and pool area it overlooks enjoy a full days sun, giving guests a choice of location while still enjoying the wonderful views.
A gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs will tempt you to enjoy every meal on the terrace and as the sun sets each evening, a relaxing sundowner will become the order of the day.
The property features a double garage and there is plenty of additional parking adjacent to the villa.
The championship golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are a short 10 minute drive away and for those who want a little pampering, the nearby Columbia Beach Resort spa offers a wide range of treatments.

Prices quoted are for parties of up to 8 people. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 plus an infant, though a small additional charge may be levied.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before you arrive.
Cost of air conditioning is included in the price but we ask that AC units are used with discretion and switched off when the property is unoccupied or windows are open.
Refundable breakages deposit of Euro 150 with final payment, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
