About the home

Stunning Casa-Blanca is ideally positioned for all the charms the old world village of Pissouri has to offer with its wealth of bars restaurants etc, whilst being just minutes from the beach and all the facilities on offer there. Golf enthusiasts have two championship courses within 15 minutes drive away.

There are numerous attractions on offer in Paphos and Limassol, both steeped in history, and its a joy to discover their ancient past. There are Water Theme Parks for the children and adults in both towns, and lively discos and bars for more adult enjoyment also.

The Troodos Mountains are spectacular, and only a short drive from the Villa and well worth a visit. During the summer months on Wednesday evening Pissouri Village offers "CYPRUS NIGHT"a must for visitors to enjoy and participate in. The people of Cyprus are as warm as there climate and offer a remarkable time to all their guests.

Casa-blanca situated in a vine growing area offers some of the most breathtaking views of the bay and surrounding areas, we are afforded gentle breezes because of our elevated position. This property offers the most discerning guests a wonderful holiday, whether you choose to explore the wealth of history this country has to offer, or just relax and enjoy the sophisticated hideaway of "Casa-blanca" you will have an enjoyable holiday.

Private swimming pool 10 metres x 5 metres roman end to access pool easily. 2 sails plus 2 sun shades. Sunbeds, Table and eight chairs for outside dining. Luxurious rattan table and 4 easy chairs on verandah. BBQ.

This villa is available all year round ring for dates not specified. Deposit 25% due when making booking not refundable, balance due 8 weeks before departure. We advise guests to have travel insurance

Pissouri maintains its olde world charm, whilst offering guests all they would desire for a memorable holiday from the numerous tavernas and restaurants to tempt the most discerning palate, to the bright lights of Paphos or Limassol for guests who are looking for this entertainment.

Most people enjoy all Pissouri has to offer and relax and enjoy the atmosphere the village and beach areas have to offer.

Amphitheatre offering shows at different times throughout the summer, from rock to classical, big bands and jazz.
Golf, Horse-riding walking.

Beach: Jet skis, para gliding, water skiing, numerous rides available through "CHRIS WATERSPORTS at Pissouri beach.

Good restaurants to many to name a few favourites of mine, Ambelhori, Perrys Kastro Limanka Village restaurants Hill view hideaway bunch of grapes, moonlight, two friends, olympus palace.

Easy jet, Thompson, Cyprus Airways B.A. most airlines fly from most major airports to Larnaca or Paphos daily. Paphos airport is the nearest to Pissouri, approx 30 min drive, whilst Larnaca is approx 1 hour away on the motorway.

Car hire is readily available at both Airports, but this is worth looking into beforehand as prices vary. We will happily give the details to guests of the company we use ourselves for car hire if they ask.

“One of best villas we've ever stayed in” This is an exceptional villa,whose internal photos on rental sites do not really do it justice. The house is spotless with all the facilities you might need. 3 bedrooms are en suite leaving the twin to use the other bathroom.There is also an extra toilet off the living room. Our party was of 6 adults, but villa could easily accommodate the cited 8 people . There was plenty of outside space ,allowing for a degree of privacy even when all occupants were present. Pool is large and very welcome in hot weather. Villa is sited on a hillside just below the village and significantly raised from the adjoining minor road and villa development on the other side, with fantastic vista over undeveloped countryside to the coast.It feels very private when outside round the pool. In June the area was very quiet . There is a steep walk to the village proper ( 5-10 mins only)so those with mobility issues should use the free car park at top of hill. There is a similar villa next door (with full time,very pleasant, residents) but we had no problems with privacy. I was very impressed with the quality of the villa overall. Pissouri is a small village with a lot of peripheral villa development ,but the latter was behind and to one side of us and the raised profile meant we didn't feel part of it. The main 'square' (really some pedestrianised streets) has most of the restaurants and feels a bit 'disney-fied' but is a pleasant evening destination nevertheless. We ate at O'Vrakis (very good) , Bunch of Grapes (good) and Kastro in Pissouri Bay ,2 kms to the south,(pleasant lunch)-but you don't come to Cyprus for the food! Local specialities are few and tend to come with copious chips. Lot of the seafood is imported (and frozen!) so stick to local fish. Most of the time we used the bbq (good supermarket over crest of hill). Local produce is very good- including excellent chicken and lamb. Villa doesn't have British channels(BBC World amongst 140+ channels from Middle East ) but sports fans have plenty of choice in bars and rests in village. Would heartily recommend villa for location and facilities-we don't tend to revisit places but could see ourselves returning to this one.
