Villa Lemonia provides the perfect location for a tranquil holiday and the nearby village of Pissouri offers a selection of restaurants built in Cypriot style and mainly centred around the pedestrian only village square. Pissouri Beach and Aphrodites Birth Place are just a short drive away and there is also easy access to the Troodos Mountains. These roads take you through some of the best wine producing areas of Cyprus, in villages that remain unchanged with traditional values.
This 3 bedroom luxury villa has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both having French doors leading to large balconies that contain comfortable outdoor furnishings. From here you can sit and watch the sun go down over the swimming pool and down to the sea. Patio doors in the third bedroom lead out onto the large paved terrace at the side of the pool.
Downstairs the separate kitchen has granite worktops and modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave etc.
Furnished to a high standard and fully air conditioned, the lounge and dining areas comfortably seat 6 people. A covered terrace leads from the lounge and this provides the ideal place for Al Fresco dining on the large glass topped table with 6 outdoor chairs and barbecue area. Roman steps lead down to the swimming pool with an outdoor shower to the side.
For the more active, the region offers both mountain and beach walks and the 2 championship golf courses of Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are just 15 to 20 minutes drive away. The blue flag Pissouri Beach is ideal for swimming and using the many watersports on offer.

Villa Lemonia has 3 bedrooms, two of which have large furnished balconies, accessed by French Doors, with both overlooking the swimming pool and the wonderful Mediterranean coastline. The third bedroom has patio doors leading to a large paved pool side terrace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, with a double bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, air conditioning for cold and hot air, ceiling fans, and luxurious beds and bedding . All windows have fly screens.

The Villa has been built and designed to maximise the natural pleasures offered by Cyprus with its views and warm climate.Lemonia has a private swimming pool with Roman steps, shower and pool side barbecue, a dining table for 6 people, parasol, sun loungers and plenty of room for pool side sunbathing. A 25% deposit is required to reserve a booking with the rental balance due 8 weeks before your stay.
A refundable security and breakages deposit of £150 is required with the final payment which will be refunded within two weeks of return, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

The Limassol region
Limassol is one of 6 districts that make up the Island of Cyprus. With its warm climate
providing almost year round clear blue skies and sunshine it has always been a
favourite area for tourists. The bustling town of Limassol offers a wide variety of
shops and with its deep port, it is the centre of the Islands shipping business.
It is from here that 2 day excursions can be booked to Egypt, Israel and Lebanon.
Limassol town will also supply safe beaches, water parks, go karting and horse
From here to Pissouri the area supports the most spectacular Archeological sites in
Kourion and Amathous while the Southern slopes of the Troodos Mountains provide
breathtaking views and walks in the forestry region.
Many villages dot the area and have excellent examples of Byzantine churches.
The industries of embroidery, citrus orchards and wine production are typical.

Pissouri Village is positioned midway between Limassol and Paphos with Paphos Airport approximately 20 minutes drive away and Larnaca Airport just over an hour.Not to be missed in the village is a fine selection of restaurants and bars delivering quality home cooked food. Other amenities including banks and supermarkets.In the Summer months evening entertainment includes traditional Cyprus dance and music around the square and events at the nearby Amphitheatre
There is also easy access from Pissouri to the Troodos Mountains with these roads taking you through some of the best wine producing areas of Cyprus in villages that remain unchanged with strong traditional values. The nearby blue flag Pissouri Beach is ideal for swimming and using the many watersports on offer.
Paphos is the nearest large town within a 30 minute drive and gives easy access to the chronicled deep history of Cyprus life. Paphos was the capital city in Roman times.
While the tourist population grows the harbour in Kata Paphos still retains its importance for the local fishing industry, and is also noted for its medieval port. Recent pedestrian walkways have made the harbour popular for tourists for the many restaurants bars and gift shops.
