About the home

Our beautiful new modern villa is in a quiet and peaceful location, not overlooked by any other villa, with stunning views across the beautiful Pissouri Bay. The blue flag beach is clean and safe, and along with local shops and tavernas is just over a 5 minute walk from the villa. Although a car is not necessary, it would be an asset to explore this wonderful island.
A double bedroom leading to a spacious balcony with sea and countryside views, and double and twin bedroom both leading to the large garden and pool, ideal for al fresco dining, and fully equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas , BBQ, as well as a pergola. Secluded garden is south facing so enjoys sunshine all day.

This property ideally suits couples or families looking for a luxury, peaceful secluded villa, with own pool, not looked over by any other property, and with fantastic sea and country side views, but still within walking distance of beach, tavernas and shops.

Fully equipped kitchen, with fitted cupboards, electric cooker with ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer , microwave and coffee maker.
Master bedroom upstairs has an en suite, king size bed ,fitted wardrobes, and dressing table, patio windows leading out to a large balcony with its own table and chairs, where you can enjoy the magnificent views across the bay.
The 2nd double bedroom downstairs,also has king size bed, en suite, fitted wardrobes, and patio windows overlooking the pool /garden on one side, and the bay and mountainside from the other. The twin bedroom also downstairs, has fitted wardrobes and dressing table, patio windows out to the lower terrace.

Further details outdoors:
Large pretty garden with shrubs and paved area with bouganvillia providing a blaze of colour most of the year. Part of the garden is terraced and is filled with orange, lemon, and olive trees which produce a wonderful fragrance.
A purpose built pergola provides shade for al fresco dining, as well as umbrellas and the sun terraces. There are ample tables and chairs.
The large private pool has a hand rail with steps giving easy access.

The Limassol region

Just 34 kilometres away Limassol is the second largest city on the island. Situated on the south coast between two key archaeologogical sites, the ancients kingdoms of Kourion and Amathous, it offers a multitude of all year round activities and attractions from the long seafront promenade, festivals, and ultra modern shopping centres. Venture above Limassol on a wine tour through the sun drenched slopes, or visit the castle of Kolossi, where the sweet desert wine Commandaria was first made in the middle ages by the Knights of St John, Or the cooler splendour of the Troodos Mountains and Kykkos Monastery. The climate is Mediterranean, hot,dry summers, very pleasant spring and autumns with mild winters.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area

Pissouri Bay is a beautiful quiet resort with a clean, safe beach, water sports in the summer, and some very good tavernas, local shops and a bank. The valley down to the beach is famous for growing grapes and is still very much a farming area. Pissouri is ideal for those seeking a holiday away from the more crowded holiday resorts. Just up the hill a few kilometres away is Pissouri village, where village life goes on much the same as it has for decades and the tempo is very laid back. There are shops and several tavernas offering traditional food such as "meze" and "kleftico" and during the summer there is a "Cyprus Night" in the traffic free village square with dancing and music.
Two18 golf courses are just a 10 minute drive away,Secret Valley and at Aphrodite Hills. There are water parks and Karting Centres in both Paphos and Limassol just 25 minutes away.

Fly into Paphos just a 25 minute drive away, or Larnaca which is just over an hour away. Scheduled airlines such as BA or Cyprus Airways fly into both these airports as well as several Charter airlines from local airports in the UK.
All major car hire companies are represented at both airports.

“Amazing!” We had a fabulous week here. This villa has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. the views from the terrace are outstanding - you are not overlooked at all and so can have a really relaxing time. The pool is of a good size and very safe. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to visit again. The welcome basket is a really nice touch.

“Jamoeve Villa - a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing holiday!” This was our first visit to Cyprus and it will definitely not be our last! We had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing time staying at Jamoeve Villa, just what we needed. The welcome pack provided on our arrival was a lovely gesture and not knowing Cyprus, the information on the area we were given by the owners prior to our stay was very, very helpful We must commend the owners on the up keep of their property and gardens they are immaculate. The Villa is excellent, clean and well presented, a home from home. Having stayed in many villas before, Jamoeve is by far the best we have stayed in and the views of Pissouri Bay are stunning. The Bay itself is a short walk down hill from the villa, well worth the walk down and the climb back up again as the views are beautiful. The local people are very friendly and there are lots of restaurants to choose from in both the Bay and the Village, offering some excellent traditional food at a reasonable price. Definitely a holiday to remember!

The owner Kate is always helpful and will accommodate your requirements where possible. The villa is always very welcoming, clean and comfortable, a real “home from home” for the perfect holiday.
