About the home

Kapsalia Holiday Villa #4 is one of 6 spacious high-set villas with private in-ground pool, perched at the top of Pissouri Village with balcony views over Pissouri Bay. Each Kapsalia villa sleep 6 in 2 bedrooms ( both en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin, both with air conditioning unit ) plus 2 convertible chairs in the lounge area which also has access to a 3rd shower/basin/toilet. Relax in the cool and spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen with modern facilities including washing machine, iron & iron board, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, satellite TV with a big nu of channels in english, WI-FI, A/C unit and DVD player.

Two sliding patio doors lead out to the patio, private gardens and pool. Enjoy Pissouri Bay views from your private balcony with patio furniture. Bed linen and towels are changed once per week. Many of our guests return every year because of the pleasure of this holiday experience.

The villa facilities are clean and modern and maintained to a high standard. The interior design is best suited to one or two families with two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms, each with balconies upstairs, and the open plan living areas downstairs. The lounge room includes two single sofa chairs which convert to beds for your extra guests. They will have access to the third bathroom, downstairs.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:
When you are using the air conditioners, it is important that doors and windows remain closed.
We STRONGLY recommend, when you are out of the room, villa or apartment, the a/c units MUST to be off.

Also, while smoking is allowed, we encourage you to smoke outdoors to maintain the cleanliness of the villas for your benefit and as a courtesy to future occupants. Your consideration is very much appreciated. Thanks again.

Kapsalia Villa clients have the right to use for FREE Rantzo public swimming pool 6 x 13m and children's pool 4 x 4 m with 0.50m of water.

You can inquire for availability and prices for any nu of persons and we can offer the right accommodation solution.

We are happy to hold reservations or provisional bookings for up to 3 days. A minimum 30% deposit is required to reserve rooms for further time.

Changeover day is flexible, within the durration of the existing booking.
Check In: After 2.30 pm on the start date. Checkout: By 11.30 am on the end date.

The Limassol region

On the island of Cyprus, Lemesos (Limassol) is the island’s second largest city, hosts the main port, and it is the centre of the wine industry and holiday tourism. Many people come to enjoy the relaxed, island atmosphere and take time to enjoy authentic Greek-Cypriot hospitality and fantastic food!! Limassol city spreads along the seaside and backs on to the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Either side of the city are two spectacular archaeological sites built on cliff tops with views overlooking the sea – the ancient city-kingdoms of Amathous to the east and Kourion to the west.

New Public Transport System!!
When holidaying in Pissouri village, you don't nessesary need a hire car. You can make use of the new public tranport buses, passing by Kapsalia villas to the village, the Rantzo, and then to Pissouri beach, 3 times a day, both ways. Another bus commutes 3 times a day to Limassol town centre and back.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Village area

I was born and raised in the beautiful Pissouri Village which sits high on the hilltop overlooking Pissouri Bay. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Pissouri has a friendly, authentic Greek-Cypriot culture with a large community of English speaking locals who will make you welcome. Many visitors to Pissouri return to us year after year. In fact, many people from overseas have bought homes in the area because they love it so much. Have a look at the places I've been and the wonderful things you can enjoy around our lovely village from history and culture, swimming and beach games, tavernas and shopping.

The Blue-Flag Pissouri Bay - beach is few minutes drive from Kapsalia Villas. A full range of water sports is available including sailing, wind surfing, para-gliding and jet skiing. There are a number of good restaurants in the area too. There is also a diving centre, mini-markets and car rental companies in the area.

Two golf courses are within few minutes drive of Pissouri village. Aphrodite Hills with 18 holes and, the Secret Valley Golf Course, offers also an 18 hole championship course in a spectacular setting in a valley surrounded by mature trees.

During December to March time the ski resort is open to Cyprus. Equipment is available for hire and lessons may also be obtained. This is an hour and a half drive by a verry nice road up to Troodos. There are ski lifts to different locations and many local tavernas & restaurants.

DIRECTIONS TO KAPSALIA VILLAS FROM THE AIRPORTS.

Meet your hosts, Panikos or Melis, at the RANTZO, Pissouri!! Getting to Rantzo from the airports is easy and roads are excellent.
FROM LARNACA airport exit, follow the signs for Limassol. After about few minutes you join the motorway A6 to Limassol. You will continue on the A6 highway bridges over Limassol, following the signs for Paphos.

On your journey toward Paphos, you will pass through a tunnel and very soon after that you can see, on top of the hill, in the distance, Pissouri Village. DO NOT turn off the motorway at the sign saying Pissouri Bay!! Continue until you come to signs saying Pissouri & Alektora and take this road off the motorway and down the hill to join the old B6 Paphos–Limassol road. Straight ahead of you at the junction you will see THE RANTZO. From Larnaca Airport to RANTZO should take less than 1hr 20mins.

FROM PAPHOS airport you drive out to join the old road B6 where you must turn right and follow signs for Limassol A6. Once you are on the motorway, follow signs for Limassol. After about 15 minutes you leave the motorway at the signs saying Pissouri & Alektora. You will arrive at the bridge taking you over the motorway, DO NOT make a left turn, but proceed over the bridge and down to the old B6 road. There at the junction if you look straight ahead you will see THE RANTZO. This journey should take approximately 20 minutes.

Brothers Panikos & Melis will be there to greet you with a smile and offer a drink. Let your wonderful holiday begin!!!

For after hours arrivals, as you approach the Rantzo, turn right to take the road toward Pissouri Village and after less than a kilometre take the left turn which will take you up to the village. You will pass through the village centre, pass the Church on your left and continue until you come to a Y-junction with the Olympus Palace Restaurant in the centre. Take the road to the left and follow for about 1 kilometre and turn into the 4th road on the left - Kapsalion Street. After the third house you will see the Kapsalia Holiday Villas, each numbered clearly.
