The villa has a large open-plan, air-conditioned sitting/dining room with two comfortable leather sofas and a 47 inch lcd tv with dvd/cd system. A selection of dvds and books are provided. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. A breakfast bar separates the living area from the luxuriously fitted kitchen with all mod cons.
The air-conditioned bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with twin beds, each have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Both shower rooms have large walk in showers, a washbasin and wc. One is en suite to the main bedroom.

Sunbeds, parasols and patio dining set are all provided. The large patio with views of the bay provides the ideal venue for barbecues and al fresco dining. The whole of the patio and pool area has lighting, including pool lights.

The Limassol region
Southern Cyprus has year round sunshine, lovely beaches and a diverse selection of cuisines in addition to the great Cypriot food on offer. With three golf courses within the Paphos/ Pissouri area, Cyprus is an all year round holiday destination.
The Cypriots are truly warm, friendly and welcoming people. The majority speak English.
The Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
The villa is set in Pissouri bay, only four hundred metres from the beach. Several very good restaurants including fish restaurants and an excellent Lebanese/Greek fusion restaurant, line the road to the beach. Right on the beach, there is a great value kebab/snack restaurant. For sports enthusiasts, a water sports centre and diving club are available on the beach.
Pissouri village, a few minutes away by car, is set upon a hilltop some 500 feet above the bay. It is a charming and typical Cypriot village with several tavernas, restaurants and shops. A quaint village square lined with restaurants forms the venue for the local weekly Cyprus night, with Greek dancing and music to entertain diners.
The 6000ft high mountain range of Troodos is nearby, as are the cosmopolitan centres of Limassol and Paphos. Aphrodite's rock is only 3 miles away.
The stunningly designed championship golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are within a ten minute drive.

| Airport: | Paphos: 20 km |
Easyjet, BA, Cyprus Airways, EuroCypria, Monarch, Thomson and Excel Airways are the main airlines, although there are many others. Fly to Paphos ideally, as it is only 15 minutes drive away. As an alternative, Larnaca is only an hour and a quarter by car.
Both airports offer good car hire options. www.economycarrentals.com, petsas or holidayautos are all reasonable.
Taxis are available at a reasonable cost (approx CYP20 from Paphos), but as in any country establish the fare first.
From Paphos airport follow the signs for Lemesos on the A6. After ten minutes exit at Pissouri and join the B6 still heading for Lemesos. Follow the sign for Pissouri Bay/Jetty.
From Larnaca airport follow the signs for the A6 and Paphos. Stay on the A6 through Limassol and until you see the first exit for Pissouri. Join the B6 towards Pissouri. Follow the sign for Pissouri Bay/Jetty.

We stayed in pissouri bay villa in August and cant think of a single negative comment, the view is wonderful and the village below generally quiet. The pool is well maintained and by John and Pam ensured that the villa was very clean and well stocked on our arrival. Good local facilities, restaurants etc... Pissouri town is 5 minutes drive and worth a visit. Good beach activities sailing, kayak ringos etc. Our first time in Cyprus and we will be back!! |
