Saturday is both the day of arrival and the day of departure and the minimum rental period is one week. The arrival/departure must take place as follows: Arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., Departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
In case of “Short Breaks” the arrival and departure day must be agreed with Cuendet at the time of booking. Deposit - always requested. To be paid on the spot to the owner or his/her representative in EURO (cash). Generally, the cleaning service is to be paid to the owner or his/her representative directly on location.
