Home description

You will find Bandinacci approximately 10 km in from the West Coast of Italy in spectacularly set Italian countryside.
In the small olive grove next to the house, you will find a luxurious space reserved for each apartment each inclusive of outdoor furniture from where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic panoramic views of the Tuscan hillside. Bandinacci offers 5 exceptionally well maintained apartments.

The outdoor facilities include a 7x14 m large swimming pool where by day you can sit and relax or by night one can sit sipping one of the local cantinas fantastic wines whilst barbecuing steak Florentine in the mild Tuscan climate.
For children there are swings and many more facilities available. The owner of Bandinacci has opened a small restaurant for this season as a special treat to all of our guests.

The kitchens are well equipped with lots of crockery, quality pots and pans, hob and a large fridge/ freezer.
The house has been lovingly restored and all of the walls are constructed of natural stone.

Bandinacci is placed in a wonderful position for excursions to the Tuscan cities; you can reach Pisa in approximately 30 minutes by car and Florence is approximately 45 minutes.

From the house there are many paths along the hills and forests that lead to the breathtaking lake and the nature park of Lago di Santa Luce, you can walk or mountain bike. The nature park is home to many varieties of migrating birds and is ideal for those whom love nature.

In the immediate vicinity there are small yet beautiful villages where you will relish in local restaurants and quaint shops. Near Vada, Cecina and further south, you will find highly recommended sandy beaches. The north is generally built up of cliffs rather than sandy beaches, which offer charming character. In Castiglioncello there is a great café with a diverse selection of traditional Italian fancies such as Panini and real Italian style cappuccino.

All holiday property prices are in € per week for the number of people stated in bold unless otherwise stated in € per day.

Accommodation weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday and include linen, water, electricity, and gas unless otherwise stated. The heating costs and housekeeping fees are paid directly to the landlord and are dependent on usage please be aware heating costs are expensive in Italy. Almost all landlords require a security deposit between 100 € and 250 €. The full balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of stay provided that the property is in the same condition as when you arrived and there are no damaged/ broken items. All linens should be returned in the same number and conditions on departure if they are not the landlords have the right to keep the deposit at their discretion.

Final Cleaning is 30 €
