Two lovely apartments, ideal for couples and families, enjoys a relaxing Pisa’s hills view. In an excellent location situated on the ground floor in a nice villa-farmhouse with beautiful swimming pool away from traffic.

Podere Costantino is located at the heart of Toscany, it gives access to the best the region has to offer : beauties of nature, unique artistic treasures of cities such as Pisa , Volterra and San Gimignano (30 km), Florence , Siena, Lucca (45 km) and at only 40 km from the seacoast .

From generation to generation, the owners have been olive oil-makers and fruit producers and from April to October, you will get the chance to sample the wonderful season's fruits produced (strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, figs, grapes).

Podere Costantino can host you in one of its two comfortable and relaxing apartments completely indipendents:

-apartment Alba (4+1) accommodates 5 people max. The apartment has the following features: wide living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed, 2 rooms with double bed, bath with the shower.

- apartment Tramonto (2+2) accommodates 4 people max. The apartment has the following features: wide living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed, 1 room with double bed, bath with the shower.
Every apartments has a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the hills.

The apartments include kitchen whit oven, self-standing heating system, private yard, barbecue, TV, swimming pool as well as access to a private parking lot.

The Tuscany region

Tuscany is a region of outstanding beauty and a treasure trove of history and culture. The landscape is magnificent with its vineyards, olive groves and mediaeval hilltop villages. Once you have sampled its wonders, the warmth of its people and the excellence of its wines and cuisine, the magic of Tuscany will touch you and we know you will want to return, as we have done ourselves.
Summer is the most popular time for visiting Tuscany - but Spring has cooler blossom filled days when you can walk amid the delightful scenery or eat out of doors whilst folk at home are still keeping out the winter chill. Autumn brings the grape harvest with village wine festivals, and balmy days still warm enough for swimming.

Pisa area

We think Podere Costantino will make an excellent base for a Tuscan holiday whatever time of year you choose. Come in May or June for a quiet break with time to relax and enjoy the ambience of this lovely location and use Podere Costantino as a base to explore the very heart of Tuscany. September or early October is the time of the grape picking when many villages have their wine festivals to welcome in the harvest.
Terricciola is easy to reach the nearby villages: Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca. Ideal departure point for day-trips in the most historical and famous cities, such as Pisa (30 Km), San Gimignano (35 Km), Volterra (25 Km),
Morrona, the nearest small village has a bar and a general store for basics. There is a good supermarket at La Capannina on the main road leading to Ponsacco about 4 miles from Podere Costantino. Tennis and horse riding in the area.

How to get there

Cheap flights are available to Pisa Airport and then hire a car or take the local bus to Terricciola.
Pisa is most convenient.

From Florence Airport ( 75 Km) take the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI direction Pisa, exit at “Pontedera-Ponsacco”, go toward Terricciola and then to Morrona.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price , however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean.
A deposit of 35% is required on booking.
€150 deposit to guarantee the stay when booked in.

Rental rates are referred to the apartment Tramonto (2+2). Rental rates for the apartment Alba (4+1) are + 100 €/week.
As we have 2 apartments for rent, please e-mail us to have more details about availability of each unit.

Price includes gas/electricity/water consumptions, bed linen, blankets and bath towels of the apartment. There aren't any extra cost except the heating during the winter. The heating is calculated by counter depending from your use at most 5 euro for day for the apartment Tramonto and 7 euro for day for the apartment Alba.

Refundable 150 euro security deposit required. Nightly rates from 50 euro to 80 euro.
