The apartment is situated on the second floor of a beautiful building beside Piazza dei Miracoli where you will find the beautiful Duomo and the fascination Leaning Tower. The entire apartment features air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet to allow you to stay up to date with your emails. Designer furnishings, parquet flooring and exposed roof beams give the apartment an atmosphere that is perfect for families and groups of friends visiting Pisa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms – one triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom featuring a double bed. The sixth guest can sleep in the single sofa-bed found in the living room. The kitchen comes well-equipped with gas hobs, a dishwasher and an oven, allowing you to prepare your meals if you feel like staying in. The emerald green tiled bathroom is spacious and modern and contains a box shower.

In Short: Located to the north of the Arno, the area owes its name to the Santa Maria Assunta Cathedral. Pisa's nerve centre, it is the area with the highest concentration of monuments and is famous for its historic and artistic importance. The University of Pisa was established here in 1366, and later the Scuola Normale Superiore was created by Napoleon I. Today you can still find the majority of the faculties and classrooms of University of Pisa in this area.
Highlights: In the Santa Maria district you will find the symbol of Pisa, the Piazza dei Miracoli, whose monuments have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Here you will find the Cathedral, the Baptistery, Campo Santo and the famous Torre Pendente, also known as the Tower of Pisa. Other notable sites include Piazza dei Cavalieri and the botanic garden.
Getting around: The historic centre can easily be explored on foot. It is also possible to get about using the urban bus network (line 4) and the high-speed LAM buses (red line).
