The Tuscany region

From Poderino Bellavista it is easy to reach the Tuscany coast and the most important cities of art in Tuscany.
Some famous seaside resorts are easily reached, as well as Pisa and Livorno both about 40 minutes drive; Volterra is about 45 minutes and S.Gimignano is about 1 hour. Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci are about 30 minutes.he farm is open all year due to the different fascinating shades of colours in the autumn and in the winter. Our four self-catering apartments are fully equipped with all the facilities to spend a great holiday. Marina di Cecina and Vada are the nearest beaches (12 km). The central position of the farm lets you get easily to the art cities of Tuscany like: Volterra, S.Gimignano, Bolgheri, Siena, Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, the coast, the Chianti area and other interesting but not well known villages that we can recommend to you. All year open.

Tuscany is a charming place.In Castellina Marittima you can find a bank, a supermarket, pharmacy, post, restaurant and pizzeria.The Etruscan coast is waiting for you( to Cecina or Castglioncello just 20-minutes by car)
Let the Aurelia road lead you on, but be careful as the green sea whipped by the wind on the Calafuria cliffs will fill your mind as well as yourClick to enlarge lungs. You'll have to stop to take it all in.
Cliffs and then sand, that is what happens after Castiglioncello. The blinding green takes on the shape of a dense pine wood, an inviting place in the hot summer. The temperature during the summer are between 24° to 30°.We just need to add the cuisine and we're in seventh heaven. Sea dishes such as cacciucco, a fish soup, or dishes from the land such as vegetable soups and wine that has reached excellent heights in this region. All this needs no comment, you just need to sit down and taste it.

Motorway A12, exit Rosignano Marittimo, then follow direction Grosseto, exit Vada and follow to Castellina Marittima for 8 km.
Follow indication "Riparbella" , take "Via del Commercio" and after 2 km you find on the left the sign "Poderino Bellavista".

Conditions

Rices include:
Parking, television, bed linen and towels, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning of the apartment, kitchen equipped with cutlery, crockery, oven, utensils and appliances.
Heating and air conditioning : 80,00 € per week
Booking: booking must be confirmed with a payment on account equivalent to 25% of the rental fee,bank transfer.
When your booking has been confirmed you will receive communication by E-mail or fax. The complete rental fee must be paid upon arrival.
Arrival: after 16.00 - Departure: before 09.00
In June, July, August and September, bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. From September to May arrivel/departure are flexible.
