The 70 m2 apartment is located on the third floor (without a lift) and is ideal for up to three people. It has been decorated with great attention to detail with a large garden, shared with another apartment, and furnished with comfortable chairs to enjoy the pleasant sunny days in the city. There is a large lounge with fully-equipped kitchen corner area complete with gas cooking rings and oven, a comfortable wooden table and chairs, and a single bed for a third guest. The beautiful double bedroom is ideal for a couple. The bathroom has toilet, bidet and shower cabin. There are bicycles available for guests to make the most of a city full of wonderful places to explore.
The apartment is located in the areas surrounding the most important sites of tourist and cultural interest such as the Piazza dei Miracoli, the Lungarni, Piazza dei Cavalieri, and the Chiesa della Spina. There is free car parking available for guests. Close to the apartment you will find the busstop of buslines 4, 5 and 21. Line 21 will take you to the airport.

In Short: Located adjacent to the Santa Maria district, this area was previously known as Foriporta as it was located outside the old city walls. In 1860 it assumed its current name of San Francesco, inspired by the church of the same name that was erected between the end of the 13th century and the beginning of the 14th century.
Highlights: The area features numerous works of architecture and places of cultural interest. Apart from the San Francesco Church which gives the area its name, one of the main places of interest is the San Matteo Church and the square of the same name, home to the National Museum since 1949. Another sight worth a mention is the Santa Marta Church (built in 1342) and the old San Pietro in Vinculis Church, also known as San Pierino, famous for its unique frescos and mosaics. The area is also home to the Teatro Verdi and the Bagni di Nerone, Roman baths built in the first century A.D.
Getting around: Like Santa Maria, San Francesco can be easily explored on foot and is also well-connected with the urban bus network (lines 2 and 5) and the LAM high-speed bus network (green line).
