Il Ruscello is a large stones farmhouse for up to 10+4 people with swimming-pool 6x12 m (open from the 20th of May to the 20th of September), surrounded by 55 hectares of property. Tastefully decorated, the old farmhouse has been beautifully restored using original materials of the time: field stones, hand-made bricks, timber beamed ceilings, terra-cotta floors. As was customary, the ground floor was used to house animals while farmers used to sleep upstairs. Well-equipped kitchen - cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

The Tuscany region
In one of the most beautiful valley of the called 'Minor Tuscany', near Volterra, there is an olive press and a small paradise called Agriturismo Le Valli, both owned by the same family.
You can enjoy your stay in the farmhouse and discover a forgotten or unknown atmosphere, visit the olive press, learn how olives are picked up and transformed into an unique product, the extra-virgin olive-oil. Agriturismo Le Valli lies on the hills of Chianni at about 2,5 km from shops and restaurnats.
Pisa / Casciana Terme area
It is a wonderful point of departure for tours to Volterra, S. Gimignano, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the Versilia coast (40 km far).
2 km far from Casciana Spa & Wellness Centre - special convention for massages and treatments horse riding school, tennis yards, mountain bikes rent, an 18-hole golf course at the Castelfalfi Golf Club (Montaione Pisa).

From Pisa Motorway Genova - Livorno Rosignano exit PISA CENTRO Airport. Lead into S.G.C. FI-PI-LI direction Florence - exit PONTEDERA-PONSACCO. Follow the traffic signs for Casciana Terme (out of the motorway, at the crossing, take left). When you'll be in Casciana Terme follow the sign for Chianni. From Florence S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (motorway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) direction Pisa-Livorno - exit PONTEDERA. At the exit follow the traffic signs for Casciana Terme. When you'll be in Casciana Terme follow the sign for Chianni. Meeting point Novo Frantoio of Chianni, it's the olives-press we run, a big white building in the countryside. It is 2,5 Km from Casciana Terme direction Chianni (ATTENTION you'll find it on your left 3 km before Chianni town).

Further details indoors: On the upper floor there are 4 air conditioned double-bedrooms (double beds), with possibility to add single beds, two bathrooms with shower and tub. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the Tuscany hills. On the ground floor there are: 1 double-bedroom (double bed) with one bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen (micro-wave, oven, fridhe, dish-washer), a dining-room and two sitting-rooms, with fire-place and satellite TV (two single divan-beds).
Further details outdoors: The park surrounding the farmhouse has several places which invite for relaxing. Our guests have at their disposal a barbecue, wood oven, garden furniture, outdoor shower, baby garden toys, fruits trees. Paths through the woods for walking, riding. Mild weather, enduring marine breeze during the evening, especially in summer.

Its requested the payment of the 30% of the total as deposit in confirmation of the booking - payable with bank transfer. Payment of the settlement on arrival.
