The Tuscany region
Tuscany is one of the most attractive regions in Italy for its cultural heritage (Florence itself fits in the 10% of the cultural heritage of the globe!) within the best galleries such as the Uffizi and the Accademia museum. Travelling throughout Tuscany you will discover a multitude of settings from archeological areas within Etruscan and Roman ruins, Medieval tophill villages, Castles, Renaissance and Baroque villas with beautiful gardens (both English and Italian style), Medieval abbeys, convents and tiny parish churches, typical landscapes with vineyards, olive trees and the popular cypress trees avenue as well as wine estates with both ancient and modern designer cellars. Tuscany is also the right choice for genuine food and wine lovers, Maremma, in the southern part of the region, is one of the most representative areas for fine wines production!
