The Tuscany region
Villa Farnia has an ideal location on a small hill, allowing a view up to the Leaning Tower. Very calm but easily accessible. Excellent climate due to the proximity to the sea, mild in winter, always a pleasant breeze in summer. Only a 20 mins drive to beach. 2 km to the the medieval village of Fauglia in the region of the Pisan Hills, surrounded by rolling hills with vineyards, and olive trees. Charming trips by foot, bike, horse, car in the area. Thermal bath at a 30 minutes' drive. All water sports and busy nightlife at the nearby beach.

Only 2 km to the ancient village Fauglia which has all amenities (banks, chemist, food and other shops, pizzeria, gourmet restaurant, etc.) Visits to art towns and typical tuscan villages. 2 golf courses within 30 mins drive, tennis courts, several possibilities nearby for horse riding.
How to get there
Fly to Pisa airport (20 minutes' drive to Villa Farnia) or Florence airport (just an hour away). Cheap flights available from Ryanair, EasyJet, Hapag Lloyd, and others. Book your car at home. All major car hire companies at Pisa and Florence airport.
