Easy access to favourite Tuscan towns such as Sienna, Lucca, San Gimignano and Greve in Chianti. Superb beaches within 1 hours drive. Golfing 20 mins drive away in San Miniato (Fontevivo).

There is loads to do and see.. numerous cafes and restaurants for you to stop off and relax. The Italian coffee, patisserie, selection of pastas/pizzas, icecream, truffles, olives and wine will get your taste buds flowing! Sightsee the towns by horse and cart or hire a buggy or bicycle - Pisa and Lucca are especially good for this.Pisa 25 mins, Florence 40 mins away. Explore the historic towns of Volterra, Sienna, San Miniato, Lucca and San Gemignano. Palaia, the 15th century village nestled on a hillside is only 5 mins away. Discover its medieval cobbled streets and hidden bars. Views are amazing. If you do not fancy lazing around the pool all day Tuscany is ideal for sightseeing, dining and shopping (especially for italian delicacies, wine, fashion, contemporary/classic jewellery, antiques, football kits (the Italians loveeeee football!) and great days out for the whole family, regardless of age. Electricity consumption payable on departure
50% deposit (non refundable) to secure booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a fully refundable deposit of £200 to cover breakages and damages. Deposit refunded within one week of vacating apartment following inventory check.
