The apartment in the farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is located in Tuscany, in the very heart of the green hills of Pisa, and is only 18 Km from the sea. Podere il Giurato is the ideal place to spent a holiday in every period of the year.

Thanks to a favourable geographical position, from here it is easy for those who love a cultural holiday to reach the most important cities of art of Tuscany, like Florence , Siena, Lucca,Pisa and Volterra.
Farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is divided in three self-catering apartments that have been restructured according to the style of the house, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday. You have the opportunity to use the big garden and swimming pool - you can sunbathe and relax all year round.

Apartment "Dream" Nr.4 is on the first floor of the house. It has a private outside staircase which leads to its terrace and entrance door. The terrace enjoys a fine view of the countryside and is an ideal place for enjoying an alfresco meal. The lounge is very well furnished in traditional style and has a settee and two armchairs in front of a traditional wood burning fireplace. The well fitted kitchen/ dining room has a window/door opening on to the terrace. All the rooms have traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They are well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere.

Every apartment has its own external area equipped whit table ,chairs where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the countryside of tuscany.The temperature fluctuate from 24 to 33 degrees during the summer.

The garden all around the house is the ideal place where the children can play safely .
