Casa Eluteria is a newly restored 120 year old Spanish manor house, with stunning uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside, yet only 5 minutes drive fro the beautiful town of Pinoso.
The house itself boasts four king-sized bedrooms and one double, there is a large fully equipped dining kitchen and separate dining room with a large wood-burning fire, downstairs and upstairs lounges, and a t.v / cinema room complete with 50” plasma screen, sky t.v , home cinema system and games station.
The house itself is over 300m2 so has plenty of space for a large family group.
There is a large private swimming pool complete with pool bar, BBQ, and outside dining and seating areas. The pool is fully enclosed by a wall so is completely safe for young children and very private and secluded, surrounded by 240 m of patio so plenty or room lazy days of sun-worshipping.
