Far from the busy costas, yet just a short drive inland this villa gives you the opportunity to sample the real Spain in a stunning mountain setting. The house and winery have been beautifully renovated to provide fantastic accommodation for the larger groups (3000 sq ft). The winery has been converted into a fabulous kitchen, dining and relaxing area, complete with original wine press. The house is set in a wonderful valley in the wine producing region of Jumilla, close to the towns of Pinoso and Jumilla. There is plenty to do if you do not fancy lying by the pool all day, horseriding, bike hire, quod biking are all available locally and plenty of mountain walks for the more energetic of the group. The villa is set in 6 acres of private gated grounds so offers total seclusion and is yet just a short 7 minute drive to the local towns and markets with every facility. The 6 acres are planted with almond, fig and olive trees so the local farmer will pop by occasionally to tend to the trees. The nearest neighbour is about 400 metres away and occasionally passes the grounds with his herd of goats, you will hear the bells!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This area will give you the taste of living in real Spain far away from the more crowded costas. The villa is set in the wine region which hosts many wine festivals and with some local bodegas now open to the public. Lots of great places to try and to buy some great wines. The area has a dramatic and beautiful landscape, varying greatly season to season. Stroll through the almond and peach trees,check out the grapes etc most of the land is open and there is no problem walking. And town is just a short drive away for all the shops and restaurants. Visit the Santa Ana national park just a few miles way, beautiful pine forests, dramatic mountain views, and a bit if shade from the pine trees too! Our house set in a wonderful valley looks out onto EL Carche, one of the higher mountains in Spain, which is part of a large national park with lots of space to walk and explore.

Further details indoors: This 3000 sq foot house has lots of space to spread out and relax, there are 4 sofas, 3 rocking chairs and lots of occasional chairs. We do not expect you to sleep in bunks, sofabeds or foldaways, all our beds are real! We do have a cot and high chair for the little ones. Outdoors is well equipped with sun loungers, outdoor chairs, large dining table to seat 10, other smaller tables, balcony off master bedroom with table and chairs and lovely pagoda for shade.

Swimming pool available from April to October and is for the exclusive use of guests. The villa is very secluded and secure and in a wonderful rural location surrounded by vineyards and almond groves.
We have an English speaking representative available to meet and greet you, and provide help during your stay if required.

Pets may be allowed with prior permission and additional deposit. Arefundable inventory deposit of £250 is payable with final balance. We provide a personalised meet and greet service from our local representative who will welcome you to the villa on arrival. Foodpack available at small additional charge.

We originally booked the house as it was ideally suited for bringing along my elderly grandmother as there was a ground floor bedroom and bathrooms. The house was absolutely lovely and the photos on the website accurately represented the size of the house. Everything was included that could possibly be needed during our holiday, including inflatables for the pool and DVD’s and games for the children. My seven year old is now addicted to Pacman. Scholfield family.
Our second visit was just as good as the first - we look forward to June 2007, and if we win the lottery we will make you an offer you cannot refuse! Haines family July and Dec and again in 2008!!
