Includes 2 luxury mobiles in private garden with decking and shrubbery in a beautiful country setting. Each static mobile home sleeps 4 and can be rented separately or to one larger group. Complete modern facilities with separate laundry area. SKY SAT TV & DVD. Towels and bed Linen is provided. Renting from 22nd April to October 20th.

The South East Ireland / County Waterford region

Ideal for tourists as main roads are easily within reach and close by. The area is rich in history and provides an ideal central position for day trips to Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Kilkenny. All of these cities are historical, Dublin and Waterford being Viking ports. There is lots to visit and see. The road to Cork from Waterford features beautiful mountain drives. The mobile homes are situated in Tybroughny, Piltown, which is accessed by a straight road almost all the way from Rosslare harbour from the ferry.

Piltown area

Accommodation is situated in a beautiful country spot near to the villages of Piltown and Fidown. A very historical area with easy access to all routes in the south-east, east, south and midlands.

Further details

Basically, a mobile home was previously renting for €50 Euro per day.. WEF 09/03/2009 new bookings will be discounted by 20%. Therefore the new daily rate is €40 per mobile per day. Minimum stay is 3 days or €120.

I provide I gas refill per 7 day period. Gas used over and above this will be for tenants own cost.

Each Mobile home rents out at 50 euro per day. Each mobile home (unit) ideally sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. When costing this into your holiday it is good value for money. It ideal in warm weather and this time of the year starts around mid May in Ireland.

I usually require a 50% booking deposit and full payment on arrival before keys are handed over. While reasonable care is taken to ensure the environment is safe and that you are comfortable. It is recommended that you purchase travel Insurance while you are on any holiday. I look forward to welcomming you to Tybroughny

We are 6 students from South Africa who are studying in London and we returned here the following year as we enjoyed staying here so much.

We are a family from Wigan in the UK, liked it here very much. I am returning with my husband in July.
It was really pleasant and quiet here and ideal for getting away from it all.

We are from Lincolnshire and will definitely come back here for another break. Great base for travelling around south east Ireland or further.
