The modern community is very well maintained with many lush green spaces and a communal pool. The community has a club house that houses table tennis and provides a pretty plaza. During peak summer holidays a life guard is on duty. Ample parking is available- very close to property on auxiliary road. The community has a small children's playground. Wifi acess is avaliable at clubhouse on the development. The tennis courts, football pitch and basketball nets are pre bookable at the bar on the Riomar urbanisation.

The Valenciana region
The weather in Costa Blanca is typically warm and sunny all year round and the resort enjoys a fine Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters and experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, making it an ideal location for a holiday.
Primarily you will be attracted to the regions fine sandy beaches. However, dare to travel inland and explore a wealth of historical interest in Orihuela, Murcia and city of Elche.
A day trip by boat will take you from Santiago de la Ribiera across the inland sea-Mar Menor to La Manga Marina.
Water parks, go-carts and the excellent theme park of Terra Mitica are all acessable by car.
Plenty to see and do in the region.

Along the N332 you will find many shopping centres and supermarkets. Dos Mares Mall is 5 mins on AP-7 motorway, junction 777.
Medical centre and chemist is in Torre de la Horadada, new modern hospital in Torrevieja 13km away. Two golf courses 3km Las Ramblas, Real club de Golf Campoamor, a third at Villa Martin 10km. Five marinas can be found within a radius of 16km, one in La Torre, one in Campoamor.
The urbanisation itself lies alongside a dry riverbed of Rio Seco habitat for unusual bird spieces and wildlife. Just 10 mins away from the town of San Pedro that borders the Mar Menor, home to a weekly market, Thalasso salt water spa and the coastline offers sailing & fishing opportunities.

"Totally chilled out, private acommodation."
Had a brilliant week in October, weather was perfect. Acommodation was superb, well maintained, in a very secure private complex within easy reach of two towns. Both La Torre Horadada and Mil Palmeras… More
