The oak dining room with seating for six, with table extensions out, up to ten. The lounge with three comfortable settees, TV, DVD, Aircon and heating, wood burning stove and space!!
The Spanish hacienda kitchen with Italian marble work surfaces, oak fitted kitchen, finger touch ceramic hob and oven and all modern appliances. Leading to the utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and ironing facilities.
Upstairs, leading from each of the first floor en suite bedrooms, with aircon and heating are private balconies, giving superb views overlooking the Rio Seco, pool and garden and the sea beyond.

The outside areas of the villa have been landscaped to be private and secluded and yet not isolated. Passing through the entrance gate leads to the private driveway, parking areas and garden.
To the left, secluded by trees and palms is the private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. Along the side of the villa is a pergola covered dining patio, adjoining the rustic barbecue. Beyond and at the rear of the villa are two further patio areas to catch the sun or shade throughout the day. Between is a landscaped raised garden with a water fountain. From the bedroom balconies the sea can be seen over the Rio Seco Nature Reserve.
Lighting provides for evening entertaining and relaxation in these areas all adding to the ambiance created by design.

The changeover day for last 2 weeks of July and all of August is Saturday, at other times flexible.
Central heating is via the air conditioning units.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
Take time to explore this fascinating region with its sleepy inland villages boasting great tapas bars, restaurants and bodegas. There are good road links and motorways to easily and quickly access all the surrounding villages, towns, attractions and other facilities.
A United Nations report advised that this area is one of the healthiest areas in the world to live, due largely to the environment, created by 320 plus days of sun per year, the salt lakes and local healthy diet of fresh food, particularly fish, fruit and vegetables.
Further afield but within easy reach are Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante and Benidorm with attractions and entertainment for all ages. Then there is Murcia the regional capital city with its cathedral and other cultural sites. And down the coast is the historic naval port of Cartagena with its old city, medieval fortifications and Roman amphitheatre right alongside the new modern shopping town and marina.
Pilar de la Horadada
The villa is on the edge of Pinar de Campoverde village overlooking the tranquil Rio
Seco (Dry River) nature reserve, with its pine covered walks. The village has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, sports facilities including tennis courts and two large outdoor swimming pools. There are numerous 18 hole golf courses all in the immediate vicinity and all water sports are available locally.
The bustling town of Pilar de la Horadada with its weekly market is only 8 km, as are
miles of glorious beaches. The next small town 2 km down the road from Pilar is San Pedro, with its fishing heritage, one of the best restaurants (The Clock Tower) in the whole of Spain and the famous Mar Menor with its shallow sea water lagoon, where swimming is possible all year round and people take the black mud treatment!
