This beautiful villa is situated on the edge of an impressive and well located newly completed urbanisation in Pinar de Campoverde, surrounded by protected woodland, orange and lemon groves and in a prime position looking out to the Mediterranean. This spacious home is fully equipped to a very high standard & includes towels & linen. Outside space is plentiful including a solarium with a shower which is ideal for sunbathing or you can relax on the terrace where you can enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by! The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven & hob. The lounge has a Satellite TV and video player, CD/Radio, comfy sofas & a dining area. There are two double and a twin bedroom with modern built in wardrobes. The lounge and master bedroom have hot/cold air-conditioning and the other two bedrooms have ceiling fans for those long hot summer nights. Two bathrooms (one en suite) both with showers and quality furnishings. A beautiful home with everything you could wish for and one where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous climate.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This beautiful area is very near to unspoilt Blue Flag sandy beaches, the natural park, the salt lakes, nature reserve and fishing villages of San Pedro and El Pilar. Pinar de Campoverde is away from the main tourist area although close enough to all of the services and attractions that you might require. There are many quality sports facilities including three championship golf courses, a new Olympic size swimming pool and local sports centre with varied activities.
Pilar de la Horadada / Pinar de Campoverde area
The main town of Pilar de la Horadada is within 5km where popular festivals occur during the whole year. The main town of Torrevieja is little over 20km away with its great night life and outstanding shopping facilities. You may also wish to visit and sample the therapeutic mud of the Mar Menor or visit the nearby nature reserve at San Pedro del Pinatar. Eating out is a must with restaurants serving food to suit every taste! There are many markets selling quality leather goods, fresh fruit and vegetables plus many items where you’re certain to find a bargain. There are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the Villa too. The golf course at Lo Pagan is now open & has received rave reviews - well worth the wait & reasonably priced too! This is around a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Flights available from www.ryanair.com, www.easyjet.com, www.flymonarch.com, www.bmibaby.com, www.ba.com, www.jet2.com or www.openjet.com - to name but a few!! Fly to Alicante Airport and take the motorway in the direction of Torrevieja/Cartagena (villa is 45 mins by car) or Murcia and follow directions to San Pedro del Pinatar & Pilar de la Horadada (15 mins. by car) Try www.carjet.com for car hire - a good choice of vehicles & the cheapest I've found! Airport pick-up can be arranged if you don't want to hire a car.

Large communal swimming pool approx. 50m away. It is gated and can only be accessed by keyholders. Children's play area with swings, slide etc. is a couple of minutes walk away.
Conditions
If you wish to book, a £100.00 deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. In addition a security deposit of £100.00 is required at the booking stage, which will be refunded within 4 weeks of the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory property inspection. That's it! No hidden extras, no cleaning charges etc. - the price you see is the price you pay!
