This newly built apartment benefits from its own private solarium, overlooking the communal swimming pool. With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa-bed, the villa is ideal for families. Additionally, the apartment comes with baby-friendly equipment such as a cot/bed and high-chair. The apartment also has a DVD player and children's DVDs. The complex has facilities for football, basketball and tennis.
This is a top floor apartment, in a 2 storey block, for added security. All rooms have individual air-conditioning units.
This is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday, with easy access to all necessary facilities.
NOTE: While there is a good selection of bars and restaurants, two banks and a supermarket within 15 minutes walk... and 2 local bars within 5 minutes walk... bringing a car is advised should you wish to further explore the local towns and villages.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
With an average temperature of 18ºC and more than 2500 hours of sun a year, it is not difficult to enjoy this beautiful place on the Costa Blanca at any time of the year. Along its 4km long coastline you will find the following beaches: Playa de las Mil Palmeras, Playa del Río, Playa del Gato, Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón, Playa del Conde y del Cuartel, Playa del Puerto, Playa de las Villas, Playa de las Higuericas and Playa del Mojón. Riomar is located in the town of Pilar de la Horadada and it is a quiet place where the Church Tower (1899) and the Gratiniano Baches Archaeological Museum stand out.
As far as gastronomy is concerned, you will enjoy really exquisite dishes such as rice with chicken, guisado relleno, potatoes with meat, gachasmigas, fried rabbit with tomatoes and pepper. Cordiales and milhojas are well known deserts.
Among the festivities of the area we should mention Holy Week, the pilgrimage in the honour of Saint Isidro (15th of May), the local fiestas (October) and the Village`s Independence celebration (30th of July).
Pilar de la Horadada / Mil Palmeras area
Pilar de la Horadada welcomes all visitors that arrive at the Valencian Community via Murcia. And what better way than with a young, independent municipality, which demonstrates the advantages of progress in harmony with its origins, marked by agriculture and history. Its four kilometres of beaches contrast with its cultivated lands of vegetables and fruit trees, as well as with nature in its purest state, with animal species not often seen in other areas of the Valencian littoral.
The town has a coastline of fine sand and clear water interspersed by attractive inlets and beaches with a full range of services between small residential districts and extensive green areas. From the north to the south, the popular, urban beach Mil Palmeras, ideal for sailing enthusiasts, links up with the Rincón and Puerto inlets, the latter with a well-cared for promenade that comes alive on hot summer nights. Las Villas, the beach behind Torre Horadada marina, is the longest beach followed by small beach at La Mojón which constitutes a natural boundary with Murcia.
The river Seco is a ravine network that receives water filtrating from off of the fields. This peculiar environment is worthy of an excursion and is one on which visitors can enjoy fragrant plants such as rosemary, thyme or “lentiscos”, while white steppes and “palmettoes” border rushes and carrizales. The trail begins at El Pinar de Campoverde, a natural area that has lodgings, a camping area, a play area and informative panels explaining the flora and fauna of the region, as well as facilities for barbecues. Another attractive tour is the water architecture route, on which it is possible to find cisterns and old wells.

The property is in an urbanisation called Ríomar which is very close to El Altet (Alicante) (40 minutes by car) and San Javier (Murcia) (10 minutes by car) airports.

By car, the A-37 motorway (Alicante-Cartagena-Murcia) has an exit (770 - Pilar de la Horadada) to the development. In case you are driving along the N-332, just take the exit Torre de la Horadada - Mil Palmeras.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.

Further details indoors: There are built in wardrobes with ample storage space in both bedrooms. The house is fully air conditioned which keeps it cool in the hot months but warm when it is out of season.
Further details outdoors: There is a large balcony overlooking the communal pool (see photo section), and a very spacious private solarium with an outdoor shower, BBQ, patio furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas. All external doors and windows are lockable, with lockable shutters for additional security.
The private communal pool is for residents only and is set within locked gates.
The complex of apartments is for residents only and is set within locked gates.
The complex also has a children's playground area.
Conditions
A €150.00 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This must be received by us within 5 days of reservation, otherwise the accommodation may be re-let. The deposit is refunded on return to your home country, providing nothing has been broken or damaged. NOTE: The security deposit is not included in the cost of rental.
Cost of rental to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date, otherwise property may be re-let. Security deposit will be retained for cancellations after this period.
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
A charge of €50 is payable at the end of your stay for cleaning, towels and bedding are all included. This is taken from the security deposit.
