About the home

Villa Bella Vista is totally secluded and offers complete privacy & everything you need for a totaly relaxing family holiday.
It is only a two min walk into the village, where there are a number of bars and good restaurants, a supermarket and bank, on Sundays there is a small market in the village square.

The villa is made up of two separate apartments (both fully equipped) each with two bedrooms, there is also a self contained studio apartment with sofa bed just next to the pool terrace area. It is well situated for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but within 10/15 min drive there are blue flag beaches with water activities and a number of championship golf courses.

Each of the apartments has satellite (sky) Television and Radio. The Interior facilities mentioned in the tick boxes apply to both apartments.

Cots and high chair are also available.

There are three large terrace areas with sun loungers, for alfresco dining there are large tables and numerous chairs. There is also a shaded area with outdoor furniture for quieter moments.

The 10x5m pool has a constant depth of 4ft (approx) so its safer for children. There is a small fish pond with water feature, and plenty of exterior lighting for sitting out on a warm evening. All this is set in 1400sq meters of mature gardens and not overlooked by neighbours.

You will be met at the property where you will be shown around and given keys by an English speaking representative who will answer any questions you may have.

A cleaning / laundry fee of £60 per apartment will be payable along with the final balance payment.

A refundable loss/breakage deposit of £150 (per apartment) is required when final balance is paid, and will be refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to property inspection)

A 25% deposit (non refundable) will be required at time of booking to secure your dates.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Torrieveja is a 25 min drive away and offers a great range of shops, there is also a large water park and a newly built promenade and marina.

The old historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena are fascinating places to visit. The nature reserve of San Pedro and the salt water lagoon of the Mar Menor with all its many water sports are only a short drive away.

The Pilar de la Horadada / Pinar de Campoverde area

Campoverde is a residential village situated 8km inland on the Costa Blanca / Costa Calida Border. It is an area of protected pine woodland surrounded by orange & lemon groves.

There are Four excellent Golf Courses within 20 mins.

There are many large blue flag beaches along the coast (unspoilt by mass tourism)

The town of Pilar and The village of Campoverde play host to many fiestas throughout the year, it seems that there is something going on weekly during the summer.

Fly into Murcia (san javier) from the majority of British airports, with Low cost Airlines such as Ryanair, Globespan, Easyjet and many more. Murcia Airport is a 15 min drive away from Villa Bella Vista, situated in The village of Pinar de Campoverde.
Alternatively Alicante Airport with its many low cost carriers is a 50 min drive.
There are a number of car hire companies situated within both airports, and local taxis are always on hand.

“Superb, relaxed family holiday.” We have stayed here a number of times and it never failes to please us. The pool is fab especially for the children (6 & 4) very safe and very enjoyable. The roof over the pool provides perfect protection from sunburn meaning hours of endless fun in the water. The beaches in the area are plentiful and lovely but you certainly don't need a trip to the beach to enjoy your stay here as the pool and it's surroundings more than satisfy. So if you don't really want to drive whilst on holiday then just stay around the pool and enjoy, even our children prefered the pool and exploring the grounds. The villa provides a home from home with all the mod cons you need even a dishwasher. Lovely restraunts and bars within walking distance and very friendly locals. We will definately be returning again and again.
