The villa comes with use of a lovely communal swimming pool with children's pool. The old village of Campoverde, 20 minutes walk, also has many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tennis courts and a bar/restaurant with an open air pool, great for families, kids can play while parents enjoy sunbathing and perhaps a beer or two. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Beautiful sandy blue flag beaches, salt lakes and nature reserves. Plenty of sports facilities, especially champion golf courses and water sports. Fishing villages of San Pedro and El Pilar are nearby. Towns of Murcia, Catagena and Torrevieja are ideal for tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants.
Pilar de la Horadada / Pinar de Campoverde area
The town of Pilar de la Horadada is within 5Km where festivals occur during the whole year. San Pedro holds a large market on Mondays where fresh fruit and vegetable and many bargains can be found. The Mar Menor is a must for water sports enthusiasts or to visit the therapeutic muds. Benidorm only 1 hour away by car. Water parks in nearby in Torrevieja and Benidorm. Nearby the sandy beaches of torre has inflatables in the sea and huts along the beaches selling the usual ice creams, drinks etc. in season, or you can walk along the promenade to the marina and Torre fort.

Comfortable lounge area has english TV, CD and DVD player, also a little library where guests and ourselves have left books. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, filter coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Tea towels provided. Two twin bedrooms downstairs with large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The downstairs bathroom has sink, toilet and bath with shower. From upstairs landing a door leads onto the solarium, another door leads to double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe and en suite with shower, sink and toilet, patio doors lead from this bedroom onto the solarium. Towels and linen provided.
Further details outdoors: Walled garden with patio table, chairs and sun umbrella, steps lead up to terrace with further outdoor furniture and large sunblind which can cover the whole of terrace if required. On the solarium is large table with chairs, sun umbrella and loungers. Stored in the villa is folding chairs, loungers and sea side toys.

Bookings are taken by our management company in Spain, who will see you into the villa and are there to help if required. They can also arrange other requirements such as pickups from airport, arrival packs etc.
