Vina Minni (Gathering Place for Friends) A Large detached Walled Villa, in a quiet area of Pinar de Campoverde.
Three bedrooms with adequate storage space. Two 5ft double beds and one twin bedroom. Open plan Lounge, Diner and Kitchen, with all home accessories and comforts. Upstairs opens out onto a large Solarium with Panoramic views all round over the Orange & lemon groves as well as the two seas, Mar Menor (inland Sea and the Mediterranean.

Outside to the rear garden is a large sun terrace with 8x4 swimming pool, to the side of villa is a BBQ area and dining area. To the front their is a Fountain and garden to sit and reflect. No matter what time of the year you visit Vina Minni it welcomes you with its Log fire and central heating in the cooler times, and at all times with the warm smiles of friends and family having a great time.

Very healthy area due to the Salt lakes and the mud baths. Plenty of very good Golf courses, Walking, cycling, Fishing both Sea and Course. Nice Spanish village 600mts away. Town of Pillar below us. New Very good Golf course only 800mts away.

The Pilar de la Horadada / Pinar de Campoverde area

Pilar is a vibrant town with Tapas bars, cafes/ Restaurants,lots of Banks, Chemists shops and a weekly market.
There is plenty of nightlife very cosmopolitan. Medical centre is Excellent.

Campoverde is known as the Spanish village, shops, supermarket cafe's, bars, restaurants, bakery, and its own medical centre and weekly market.
