Lilac Cottage is a recently renovated cottage set in a secluded position, in tranquil countryside in the Perigord-Limousin Regional Park. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The seclusion of the property also makes it naturist-friendly and therefore ideal for anyone looking for a clothing optional holiday. Although away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is still within an hour's drive of the capitals of the three departments, Perigueux, Angouleme and Limoges.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
You will find us in south-west France in the north of the department of Dordogne. Situated in the Perigord-Limousin Regional Park, we are surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The countryside is unspoilt, rural and uncrowded, mainly pasture and woodland. We have the ideal holiday climate, with warm springs and long hot summers lasting well into the autumn.
Piegut / Busserolles area
There is an endless list of things to do in the local area and beyond (that’s if, of course, you feel like leaving the tranquillity of Lilac Cottage!)
If it’s sporting activities you’re after, there’s plenty of choice. There is easy access to several large swimming/water-sports lakes, as well as golf courses, the closest which is 18-hole and is only 15 minutes by car. Also available, amongst other things, are fishing, canoeing, tennis, go-carting, horse riding, walking and cycling.
For those food-lovers amongst you, there are numerous excellent restaurants locally, regular fairs, as well as many markets, including the not-to-be-missed Wednesday market at Piegut-Pluviers, which is the largest in the area and held all year round.
Finally, you will find many beautiful chateaux, parks and gardens and also prehistoric caves within easy driving distance. Or how about a visit to the vineyards of Bergerac, St Emilion, Cognac or Bergerac or maybe sample the local delicacies such as truffles, duck, foie gras and walnuts to experience the finer side of life?!

Further details outdoors: With the cottage comes a choice of gardens which are private and solely for your use. There is a sun-trap south-facing walled courtyard at the front of the cottage. Steps lead to a garden and orchard with sun-loungers. At the rear of the property, French windows open onto a shady patio and garden with table and chairs and a barbecue. There is covered parking for 2 cars. There is a solar-heated swimming pool (8x4m) with further grounds and sun-bathing areas of approximately 2 acres, also available for your sole use.
