Drapers Cottage has been rented for the last two years to both dog owners & non dog owners.
The cottage is cleaned to a high standard after every visit.
Soft furnishings are washed regularly.
The cottage is rented more or less continually & has been a very popular holiday rental.
I am sorry if this particular guest was unhappy with their visit.
May I suggest that if guest are as sensitive as these guests were then maybe staying in a property which is available to dog owners may not be the best choice of holiday rental.
Once I was informed of their dissatisfaction I made every effort to improve their stay, which I was lead to believe was satisactory to them.
I am therefore suprised but not beaten by their negative comments.
I take great pride in my cottage & consider the very positive comments made by my previous guests to give a far greater picture of Drapers Cottage.
