Casa Elisa is a lovely and independent house composed by two floors connected inside.It is in the heart of Bellera a small hamlet of Pianello.It is 300 Mt. from the seaside and with a free view over lake and the small local marina.
The villa has on the first floor a double bedroom, a bathroom , a kitchen and a dining room and a spacious porch for outside breakfasting and dining.
On the second floor , it has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a laundry, a sitting room and a balcony free on the lake view.
It is furnished in an accurate and comfortable way.
All around the house a garden with two parking spaces.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
Lake Como Between the Alps and the Padana plain, lake Como is caracterized by a big variety of landscapes and settlements. The lake is surely the prominent asset in the whole area; 46km long, 146 km surface area, 410 mt its deepest point and it is 200mt over the sea.The only island on the lake is Isola Comacina, a small strip of land with an interesting past.It borders the province of Milano on the south, the province of Lecco on the east and the province of Varese and Switzerland on the southwest.It is surrounded by high mountains (the highest one is Monte Legnone 2609 mt.), big valleys and sweet slopes. Pianello del Lario / Bellera area
Pianello del Lario ( Bellera is one of the hamlets) is approx 10 km west of Menaggio and is well known for its watersports facilities, marina, surfing and sailing schools, Gravedona, Dongo, Cremia, Rezzonico have now a very nice lake side footpath connecting these villages. Enough to do for youngsters day and night ! Who likes hiking or mountainbiking, the easy going up slopes take you to meadows, woods, passing waterfalls, forgotten hamlets, here and there a church. The locals once took up their animals for herding them on the alpine meadows, some of them still do and you can buy nice fresh cheese or milk at the farmer's house. High mountains - up to 2300 m- all around the lake, high passes take you into Switzerland. t is possible in the neighbourhood to visit beautiful villas and museums, nice botanic gardens.In the summertimes; interesting events, concerts, painting exibitions, fire works and more.

This is a place for a quiet holiday, for surfers lovers thanks to the closby beach and for those who like walking and hiking, the hills and mountains are full of hiking tracks, taking you up to the meadows and high tops. . Pianello has a strip of sandy beach, pleasure harbour, sail -and surf school ,a few good restaurants, small supermarket. For extensive shopping Dongo ( 3km) or Menaggio ( 10 km). The town Como ( 40 km), Milan ( 80 km) Lugano ( 40 km) are worth a day trip and also the famous wintersport resort St. Moritz is at 90 mins by car.
