Barbecue provided as well as sun loungers and reclining chairs so that you can make the most of your holiday in this warm, sunny area of France. The apartment is perfectly situated in the old town, close to the shops, restaurants and market on Saturdays. Located in a quiet area so that you can take time to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Very rare to find accommodation in Pezenas with any outside space, especially in the Historic Centre.
Built in the 1500's the apartment has thick stone walls and a beamed high ceiling, renovated so that the room is cool and light. There's also a mezzanine with a single bed for those who enjoy a different perspective - lovely place to read or doze in the daytime.
There are new, good quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The kitchen is entirely new with integrated hob, oven, refrigerator and freestanding microwave. The shower room is also newly fitted. All bedding and towels are new and included in the price. Beach towels are provided free too if required. You are welcome to use the washing machine - please ask. Hairdryer provided. CD player. "FABULOUS STUDIO, PERFECT LOCATION - GREAT DESTINATION"
I visited Pezenas late October, the weather was surprising mild, and I even managed a day at the beach, which was only a short distance away. The studio was delightful, with modern decor, comfortable bed ( very important for me), and a lovely private garden, with barbie. Excellent facilities for a self- catering holiday, not that we ate in, there are so many great eating places within walking distance. the hostess, Cher, was most helpful with directions, things to do, etc.
The location in the old, Jewish quartier, was very interesting, Pezenas is great place to visit with its architecture and history. Very typical French village. I would highly recommend a visit, and this studio is well located to make the most of your stay.

"Excellent accommodation and location, highly recommended"
Gorgeous apartment in a top class location. The facilities were great and the garden with the sunbeds were a bonus. Quiet location, however only a short walk down the cobbled road to the fantastic Saturday market, restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The hostess was very pleasant and extremely helpful making our stay so enjoyable. We are already planning our next holiday in Pezenes, and intend to stay at this wonderful apartment. The price was very fair considering the comfort, location and facilities.
Thank you for your kind review and pleased to be seeing you again in October!

"Great spot in lovely pezenas"
Had a lovely stay in old Jewish quarter of pezenas, we were so close to town but had no noise. The room had double doors that opened onto a garden patio where we could eat our breakfast in sun
Glad you enjoyed it.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN PEZENAS"
I'd recommend this lovely studio apartment to anyone planning a stay in Pezenas. It formed part of a handsome old house, I'd guess several hundred years old, in the historic part of town. The owner, Cherie, told us the entire house had been completely renovated quite recently, which would explain all the modern comforts inside an old, atmospheric building. Such a relief to find everything working properly (showers that shower, loos that flush and a very comfy bed indeed.) It was completely quiet, too. There was a pretty courtyard garden which we had all to ourselves for our stay. Sunbeds were offered but we were too busy exploring and the beach is only a short drive away.
We were a few minutes walk from the main square in the historic quarter so the bakery and mini-market were handy, as were bars and restaurants (Poisson Verre was a favourite) and there's an excellent Saturday market here where we bought hand-made ravioli, freshly-cooked seafood paella and 'Setoises' (octupus pies) which provided us with several days' supper.
When trying to think of any drawbacks to staying in this studio, I really couldn't think of one. I had to award only four stars on principle, though (would have awarded four and a half if possible.) After all, we all like to think the perfect place is still out there, waiting!
Thank you for recommending The Studio - first review and very much appreciated.
