About the home

Le Studio de Jardin is set in grounds of 2000 sq.m in a quiet lane with views of the beautiful chateau but only a two minute, walk to the centre, of the historic village of Margon, - there are two restaurants in the village and all other normal amenities are just a 5 minute drive away.

The panoramic views from the Studio and gardens are of the beautiful Languedoc vineyards. The attractive old town of Pézenas is just 12 minutes by car and the two nearest beaches are at Meze and Valras Plage – both only a 30 minute drive away.

The Garden Studio offers a double bedroom, a sitting room with views as far as the Pyrenees, a kitchen/ dinner with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, 4 plate electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave and mini-oven. There is a good size kitchen table with four dining chairs. The shower room is complete with walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin a large heated towel rail.

Further details outdoors:
The picturesque and private terraces have tables, chairs and parasols for al fresco eating and plenty of sun loungers by the pool. A charcoal kettle BBQ. The gardens are mostly laid out with mature Mediterranean trees and plants. The large pool (10m x 5m) has roman steps and security alarm; it is 1.2m at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. The front drive has parking for two + cars.

Bed linen , bath towels, beach towels and tea towels are provided and renewed weekly.
The owner lives on site in the connected Villa Rose, but guests have exclusive use of the pool, gardens and all facilities.
A 25% non-returnable deposit upon booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
