A particularly attractive feature of the house is a large, covered tiled terrace area which has outdoor furniture and a built in barbecue. This leads out to the large, secluded garden and swimming pool.
The garden is approx 300 sq. metres with fruit trees and shrubs. There is an extensive patio area and outdoor shower.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region
Puissalicon is a delightful French village, 20km from the coast and 25 minutes drive from the beautiful medieval town of Pezenas.
The village dates back to the 11th century but has its origins in Roman times. It is dominated by a large 14th century chateau and church.
The village itself has a small supermarket, a bar and a boulangerie. The nearest restaurants are just 10 minutes away.
It is within 20km of National Parkland, the beautiful countryside of the Southern Cevennes mountains and the very attractive village of Roquebrun on the river Orb.
It is ideally situated for sampling the delights of the sandy Mediterranean beaches along the Languedoc coast.
The area is renowned for its micro-climate created by its location south of the Cevennes mountains which gives the region an exceptionally sunny climate.
Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne airports are less than 1½ hours drive.
The Pezenas area
The well known coastal area of Cap D' Agde is 1 hr. drive from the house. It has some 14 kilometres of fine beaches and many attractions for the children such as "Toonland" and the famous Aqua Park.
As well as beaches, there are beautiful lakes, mountains and gorges within one hours drive.
The area has large numbers of medieval towns and villages to visit including Pezenas, St. Guilheim-le -Desert and the Cite of Carcassonne.
Just over an hours drive will take you to the heart of the 'Cathar' country with its imposing castles and monasteries.
Opportunities for river swimming and canoeing are only 15k from the house.
The area around Puissalicon is ideal for cycling and hill-walking.
For the more adventurous the Spanish border can be reached in about 90 minutes.
There is a large market on Saturday in Pezenas , which provides an ideal opportunity to stock up regional delicacies.
Access: Puissalicon is situated 10 mins west of Pezenas, close to Margon, in a quiet location, within easy driving distance of airports.
It is approximately 30 minutes from the A9 Autoroute at Junction 35.
