The accommodation sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 Double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, (2 Ensuites).

Pezenas is generally considered the "prettiest and liveliest small town " in the Languedoc. Pezenas offers a fabulous Saturday street market, a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants and many individual shops and antiques stores. Many cultural events (concerts, festivals and outdoor exhibitions) take place all through the summer, surrounded by vineyards, mountains and the sea.

Carcassone, Perpignan, Nimes, Toulouse and Girona(Spain) airports are also within reach.

By Train- The high speed TGV direct from Paris stops at Bezier 15 mins drive from the apartment.

By car, A-9 Autoroute to Spain passes Pezenas.

A 25 per cent deposit will reserve the apartment in your name. The total cost of the holiday to be paid 8 weeks in advance. There is a security deposit of 500 pounds which will be returned within 4 days of departure. Bank transfer or cheques are accepted.

Please leave the apartment as found...obviously beds can be left unmade, otherwise there is a charge of £60.00 to cover the housekeeper.

A charge of £50.00 will be applied if any loss of keys.
