This one bedroom apartment is located in the traditional and unspoilt village of Peyia on the outskirts of Paphos, making it the ideal base to explore the island of Cyprus. The property is located on the second (top) floor and has a large balcony, with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea at Coral Bay. Patio furniture on balcony so you dine al fresco. Parking is at the rear of the apartment.
5 minutes from the village centre with its shops, banks, tavernas etc. and a 3minutes drive to Coral Bay with its lovely sandy beach and lively night-life. Easy access to many sites of historic interest, attractions and golf course at Tsada.
Beautiful surrounding countryside (including the Akamas Peninsular) ideal for walks, drives and sightseeing.
Troodos skiing area 2 hours away - Ski and Beach on the same day!

The Paphos region
Paphos (Pafos) is only a short drive away (approx 10 mins). The Akamas Penisula, which is an outstanding area of natural beauty, is only a short drive away (approx 10 mins) and caters for Fishing, Climbing, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Horse Riding, Off-Roading etc.
Paphos is blessed with an average of 330 days of sunshine a year, allowing last minute holidays to be taken year round. The geographical diversity of the region, ranging from the coast, with soft sandy beaches, picturesque inlets and coves, to the hills and woodland of the Paphos Forest, lends itself to visitors of many interests.
Walking, cycling, sunbathing, golf, deep water fishing, bird watching or nature photography and a range of water sports are all available in Paphos, gaining the region a place on the UNESCO list of Cultural and Natural Treasures.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
The beautiful village of Peyia with its traditional taverns and coffee shops is only a 3 minute drive or 15 min walk away, which makes it a tempting place to live! It is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime with a plateful of meze and a cold bottle of Keo beer. The village has 2 supermarkets, a bank, a butchers & a very nice home made bread & cake shop.
Coral Bay is the nearest beach, just a 3min drive away, with its beautiful golden sands & turquoise sea. The parking is free & should you need a break from sunbathing it is less than a 5min walk to the strip where you will find many bars & shops.
If you prefer your afternoons to be a little more active you'll find a number of local companies offering every white-knuckled pursuit from go-karting to paragliding, otherwise it's a short drive to the many fantastic sandy beaches in this area. It is only a short drive from Peyia to local areas such as Polis, Latchi and Tala.
Local attractions near to Peyia include Aphrodites Rock , Tomb of the Kings and the Adonis Baths with natural waterfall to name but a few.
