About the home

This spacious 2 bed apartment has a large balcony with mountain views.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen (Fridge/freezer, oven&hob,toaster,kettle,microwave,washing machine & dishwasher).

The air conditioned lounge/dining area has dining for 6 people, 2&3 seater leather sofas(one of which converts to a bed), 32" LCD TV with English speaking news, movies & sports satellite channels, X-box 360(with a selection of games & DVDs to entertain kids & adults). Sliding doors lead to the large furnished balcony.

The bedrooms have air con & fitted wardrobes with the main bedroom leading to the balcony thru sliding doors. The 2nd bedroom can be twin beds or pushed together to provide a double if 2 couples are sharing.

Both bedrooms and the living room area have ceiling fans.

The large balcony has a table with seats for 6 outside the living room & 2 loungers with drinks table at the bedroom entrance and benefits from a spectacular mountain view over the nearby village.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has lift access.

The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools & a heated indoor pool. There are jacuzzi/hot-tubs inside & out. A sauna gym and w.c./changing area indoors with poolside showers outside.

This apartment has FULL access to the communal poolside furniture.

The internal & external finishing are of the highest standard befitting the resorts Exclusive status.

Paphos harbour and it's myriad cafes, bars and souvenir shops are 20 mins along the Tombs of the Kings Road.

“Spotless apartment with all mod cons” The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped, my children enjoyed playing on the xbox and there were lots of DVD,s and games also, having the indoor pool onsite made it a great place to stay for a winter break and we were only 5 minutes away from all the villages shops, bars restaurants, Looking forward to staying again

“Fabulous” Facilities first class,owner has thought of everything,comfortable accommodation.,with a large pool and sauna,very tranquil setting.only 5 mins walk to the small village of Peyia with lots of restaurants and bars and shops .the lovely beach of coral bay is 5 mins drive away.i look forward to returning to this lovely complex and the beautiful island of Cyprus.
