The apartment is just a 5 mins drive from Coral Bay, which is renowned for having one of the best beaches on the island where there is plenty of watersports available. It is just 20min from the centre of Paphos with plenty of shops, bars and fab restaurants. Paphos centre has plenty to explore from the local culture, history and a port.
This new apartment is ideally situated from the local village of Peyia which has a choice of supermarkets, butchers and bakers as well as bars and restaurants.
Communal facilities on this complex include a large outdoor swimming pool, heated indoor pool along with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and changing room. There are large terraces for you to sit back and relax. Private parking is also available at this complex.

The Paphos District
The airport is just 40 mins(roughly 18miles) from the Vanessa Complex. The resort of Paphos is relatively a young destination. There's a lovely seaside promenade which is lined with many bars and restaurants. There are plenty of places of interest to visit from Tombs of the Kings, St Pauls's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite. Within 20mins of Paphos there are a few golf courses notably Tasada Golf Club.
Paphos enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate, with sunny, warm summers and short mild winters. In the summer temperatures are comfortable without too much humidity. Towards the end of the brief winter season, in late January and February, snow falls on nearby mountains and it is possible to make a ski-trip and take a dip in the blue sea all on the same day.
Peyia area
The village of Peyia lies on the south western tip of the lovely island of Cyprus and is most probably one of the most colourful and interesting villages on the island. Peyia is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime with a plate of mezze and a cold bottle of beer. Set on the hillside the views are magnificent, the people warm and friendly and facilities first class. Peyia retains it's charm but has grown up to be a very vibrant and welcoming village, you can enjoy a taste of traditional Cypriot mixed with many modern ways, Peyia has something for everyone.
Cultural cravings should be satisfied by ruined Christian basilicas on the outskirts of the village, and also Roman tombs carved into cliffs above the sea.
Coral Bay is 5km away with plenty of beach activities to keep you occupied. Local companies will also offer white-knuckled pursuits from go-karting to paragliding.

Bedroom one has patio doors leading onto the terrace with pool views and sea views. The bathroom with bath, wc and sink with quality Christies towels provided (Not beach towels) The kitchen has a quality cooker hob & hood, microwave, other appliances, full place settings upto 6 and also includes a washing machine. The lounge area is also well equipped with patio doors leading onto the terrace. Two sofa units one converts into a double sofa bed. Furnishings include table & chairs, tv & dvd with satalite tv and coffee table. The apartment also has air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.
