About the home

Luxury two bedroom apartment on a hillside, with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding hillsides.

Very large balcony perfect for private sunbathing, outside dining with spectacular views of the sea, Coral Bay and Paphos in the distance. Sun loungers for both balcony and poolside available. South West facing with beautiful views of the sunset over the sea, great for those romantic evenings in!

You have a 5 min walk to the vibrant hillside village of Peyia which has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, butchers, bakers and pharmacy.

The complex has swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms. Ideal for children and adults wanting to stay fit!

Property is managed by English speeking representative who is available for any assistance or advice.

Two bedrooms one with king size and other with twin beds. Fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets in both. In master bedroom there is a chest of draws and access to balcony providing spectacular views to wake up to.

Bathroom with bath/shower combination, WC, wash basin. All linen and towels provided.

Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, cool box and all utensils and crockery.

Cot and high chair available if required.

Large lounge diner with a two and three seater sofas, dining table and chairs. Patio doors to large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers but also with a shaded area if desired. Magnificent views of the coastline towards Coral Bay with Paphos in the distance.

All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units.

The apartment is Non Smoking other than on the outside balcony.

The Paphos region

Paphos the birth place of Aphrodite the Greek Goddess of love and beauty is entwined in Greek mythology. It has all the restaurants and night-life that you would expect from a modern tourist town but also offers access to the ancient cultural heritage sights and modern tourist attractions.

The focal point is the picturesque little harbour packed with yachts and pleasure boats and smattering of fishing boats. This is the place to come for morning coffee, lunch or an evening stroll.

There are several beaches within the district including the beach in Kato Paphos and a little further out is Faros beach, which are best reached by car.

Paphos has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage sight because of all its ancient sights and history.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

The apartment is located on the hillside above the village of Peyia within 5 mins walk. Today, Peyia retains its charms but has grown up to be a very vibrant and welcoming large village, whose population is a mix of many nationalities; the most of whom are Cypriot or UK ex pats! Many tourists choose to stay, to enjoy a taste of traditional Cypriot welcome, mixed with the many, more modern western ways they've become accustomed to.

It is a short drive to the safe and sandy beaches of Coral and Corillia Bay ideal for families. Coral Bay provides access to all the usual beach and water sports activities together with having a large selection of bars and restaurants.

In addition, it has easy access to the Akamas Peninsula with its turtle breeding sanctuary and natural flora and fauna. On the northern side there are the Baths of Aphrodite supposed source of fertility and the Fountain of Love. The myth is that if you drink the water from the spring of Aphrodite the first person you see, you fall in love with! Therefore, make sure you know who is around you! We cannot be held accountable for what happens next!

Car hire is easy which allows you to explore inland to unspoilt villages and monasteries towards Mt Olympus and the Troodos mountains.

Flight Information:

The nearest airport is Paphos, which is 35 mins (25 km), drive away. Airlines serving Paphos are, British Airways, Monarch, Easy Jet, Thomas Cook, Globespan and Thomson and schedule flights with Cyprus Airways.

Larnica Airport is approximately 90 mins away.

Arrival in Cyprus:

* Car Hire – recommended and all major companies are available at the airports
* Bus and Taxi hire are also available.
* Personal greeting and pickup can be arranged on request at additional cost
