A new luxury one bedroom apartment situated in the popular Peyia village. The apartment boasts a stunning infinity pool, underground gated parking and a small gym/fitness room. It has a lovely open plan living area which opens up onto the balcony over looking the mountains.
Coral Bay with its lovely beach, numerous bars/ restaurants providing brilliant nightlife is just a 5 minute drive away. From Coral Bay you can catch a bus to go into Paphos where there is a continuation of shops/bars/restaurants and lots of things to do including safari tours, horse riding, golf and lots more. If you hire a car we urge you to take a drive up through the mountains, they have spectacular views and really are a must see.

The Paphos District
Paphos has everything to suit your type of holiday, the local landscape is beautiful and it has a good choice of beaches scattered all along the coastline. There are a number of sites of historical interest, great water parks, water sports and boat trips. If you enjoy relaxing holidays, Coral Bay beech is lovely and a place you can spend lots of time.
Cyprus has year round sunshine and is just four and a half hours flying time from the UK and other parts of Europe making it a firm favourite holiday destination.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia has become popular with couples looking for a romantic holiday and families looking for a quieter village location within close proximity to the livelier areas of Coral Bay. Peyia is set on a gently sloping hillside overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre.
There is a good selection of amenities to include supermarkets, a bakery (one of our favourites!), DVD shop and banks. There are lovely bars and restuarants all the way up the sloping hill into the mountains.
How to get there
You can access Cyprus Island by a number of charter and scheduled flights: Thompson Easyjet BA (British Airways) Cyprus Airways
The nearest airport is Paphos which is 20 miles away from Peyia. The drive to Peyia Village takes you all the way along the coast which is lovely. You can also fly into the other airport, Larnaca, this is 90 miles.
We would advise you hire a car which you can either arrange before you go, or, you can arrange one when you land, I can give you details of the car hire firm we use. Alternatively you can go by taxi from the airport which is about 35-40 Euros.
On arrival we can either arrange for someone to meet you (if you wish) or, the keys can be left in a small safe at the entrance to the apartments. I will inform you of the combination prior to departure for your stay with us. I will provide you with a contact number for a representative there in case you have any trouble gaining access.

A welcome pack will be ready for you on arrival which will give you lots of information on the Island. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels so really feels the benefit of the sun in the summer months. We have an English speaking representative who lives on the Nemesis complex all year round, they will be more than happy to help you with any enquiries.
Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 20% of holiday fee is required at time of booking, the final payment 4 weeks prior to departure.
Also a £70 deposit is required with the final payment for any damages that may occur, this will be refunded within 14 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment.
Payment can be made either by cheque or by bank transfer.
